I had my first massage at The Sanctuary because I had pain in both shoulders from snow skiing 2 months earlier. Liz worked on me and I was so impressed at how she was able to identify exactly where my pain was most acute without me telling her. ..as she worked the muscle area, she would stop at precisely the greatest pain spot and confirm with me that this was the problem spot.
