This isn’t just a fitness and healthy eating programme - it’s a lifestyle change for your mind and your body. I’ve been doing the challenge since January and have lost 2 stone and nearly two dress sizes. The support you get from the coaches and the community is second to none and for someone like me who has never been able to stick to anything for more than a couple of weeks I can honestly say this is one of the best things I’ve done. These guys have completely educated me on nutrition I thought I was eating healthily but at last i am finally seeing the results of all my training. Since joining the 6 week may challenge I have lost 7% body fat over a stone in weight and inches from waist and chest. I am also sleeping so much better. The best thing I ever did , you receive all the tools you need to improve yr nutrition and fitness with daily home workouts and gym plans , also the rude rebellion community is so supportive with like minded people all on their own journey, both Ben and Leo are super motivating I would recommend anyone to join our family. 12 Week Bespoke Transformation Package

What’s involved-
This is an intense package for those who MUST make positive life changes and that are ready to fully commit. Also those who desire more out of life, need more guidance, support and direction.
You will be given full workout & Nutritional Macros goals to suit your current needs.

Accountability
I’m a huge believer in accountability therefore you’ll be held accountable for your actions and we will be daily / weekly checkins expected.
Zero excuses, so be prepared to wake up earlier than usual if necessary so you can move closer towards your goals.

State changes-
I’ll expect you to get into a higher state of consciousness each morning by changing your physiology through exercise.
We will do this by utilising fasted cardio vascular training upon waking. You’ll be amazed at the difference this small discipline makes to the way you think , feel & approach each day.

Structure
We will decide on a nutrition protocol that works for you and will stick to it 100% each day unless told to do otherwise.
On the 12 weeks you’ll be able to contact at anytime and we will have regular calls / zooms scheduled to keep you accountable.

Ethics
Not all clients are taken on - ethically I don’t work with everyone, it’s important to make sure that both myself and my clients are aligned to ensure a positive forward thinking relationship is built.

At the end day I want the best possible results for you so it will take complete compliance, honestly and trust.

This is your plan so it’s important to make it work for you not against you with the future and positive habit building in mind.

My preferred methods may seem unorthodox & different to anything you have experienced before.
It’s all about developing the mind essentially, the body will follow suit once we get the correct daily habits dialled in.
I prefer generally where applicable using higher rep ranges that allow a constant mind muscle connection. Higher reps build resilience pushing through pain to create a strong resolve that can be utilised mentally outside of the gym environment.

Transferable Resilience
Building resilience in the gym or through fitness is something I’m extremely passionate about.
Once developed through repetition it can be directly transferred into many aspects of your life, finance & business.

These sessions are designed to push you to your limits physically, mentally and emotionally. We will commit 100% creating a mind that is strong willed and
Solution focused instead of exercise orientated.

Creating daily habits and behavioural shifts will lead to positive life changes all around.

Whats holding you back , what limiting beliefs do you have, what’s your purpose, goals , desires? How can we move forward, what ‘can’ we do should always be the question.

Your positive intentions
Prior to our 1st session we will have a consultation call to gain a better understanding of where you are currently and what you are looking to achieve.
You will then fill out a questioner prior to our first Zoom call and program set up.
What are your positive intentions during coaching and what are your long term goals.

How can I make you sure you get the absolute best out of this service and add huge value to your life.


If you need that personal touch, someone to push you, shout, guide, encourage, teach you and hold you accountable this is for you.
You may need to build confidence and make sure you are exercising correctly too.

Sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home or in any outside space suitable.
In some cases Zoom sessions can work.

I specialise in Fitness & Fat loss and believe the Kettlebell to be the number one tool for any home set up.
