I am very impressed with the response time. Usually when I call for our local plumber I wait days for them to respond only to say they can't come out for another week. Alex and Kyle took the time to drive out to the country today to help our family...in close to zero degree weather. They were professional, educated, not afraid to get dirty, very respectful and kind. They gave their recommendations and gave different options, but ultimately let us make the decisions we needed to make without being pushy. Let me start off by saying how thankful I am that this company came out to my house late at night and in terrible road conditions and gave me quality service. Alex came out to my house tonight after I called our home warranty people about a broken sump pump. When I talked to him on the phone and explained everything he listened to my concerns carefully and didn’t treat me like I was stupid. He made sure to put a quality product in to replace my broken pump and explained how my water draining system worked in tandem with the pump in my home. So glad I called Rooter Works this evening. Back up sump pump kicked in this morning. Sensed something wasn’t right. Water kept filling in. Called Rooter Works, one of the owners came out himself. Found out I had a frozen line exiting the house. Most likely would have had a flooded basement if he would not have come out. Both sump pumps were doing their jobs, but water had no place to go. He was able to put a quick fix outside with some tubing to drain the water away from the house. So thankful for their prompt and professional service. Highly recommend!!! After experiencing water pressure issues I called The Rooter Works on a Friday afternoon. They came on a Saturday to look at my issue and told me my pressure tank had failed. They were so nice and professional. They took the time and replaced my pump along with the switch and had me back up and running in no time. The water pressure I have now is so awesome. I can’t thank Alex and his crew enough for what they did. They went above and beyond to make sure my water issues were resolved and even cleaned everything up. Everyone I dealt with at this company was awesome and the price was very much appreciated and reasonable. If I ever need a plumber for anything again The Rooter Works will definitely be the company I will call. Thank you so much Alex, you have an wonderful crew working for you

We've been having some plumbing issues that we thought we could fix on our own. Unfortunately that was not the case, and by luck, I saw Alex Harrison's post on Marysville Moms in the Know this morning about and their adorable little "Vice President! I told my husband that if we needed to call a plumber, we had to call them because companies who support their employees by letting mommas bring their babies to work need to have the support of the community!

Alex took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and explained exactly how he fixed it. My husband shared that Alex was very polite and professional on the phone and was very up front about the jobs he had to take care of before us.
