Food was disgusting. Coli was black on the plate. Beef was overheated in microwave and was tough. Food presentation was very poor. Believe me u could not eat what was presented. We were regulars there but after this visit never again. Would not return and definitely not recomend. More...

my family had wedding here on fri 4th oct we had an amazing day the room looked fantastic see pics above with cake with purple flowers . and the food could not be faulted .the seafood appetizer omg .and skewers of marinated beef .....that was just to start with champagne then we had chowder or wings and pan fried hake or 10 oz steak both were fantastic the service was perfect thank you so much . We had an excellent meal here yesterday. The service was outstanding. The staff could not have been nicer and more friendly. The food was very tasty. I would suggest you go to this place as soon as possible because once the word is out that the amazing head chef Rob Platten (formerly of the SteakHouse Kinsale) has taken over the Roberts cove inn kitchen it will be hard to get a reservation! I have never seen such a fast turnaround in the quality of food in any restaurant. Only two months ago I visited this place and promised I would never go back! And then as if by magic Chef Rob came to save the day and everyones taste buds! Just wow The steak just cuts like butter and that seafood chowder is the dish that will be tempting punters from miles around. From the roasted cherry tomatoes that burst flavor in your mouth, to the homemade sweet pickled beetroot that marries the goats cheese, I simply couldn’t stop eating.
