We visited the banquet center for a wedding in our family. The facility was a great fit for the wedding. There was ample parking for all of the guests. It was equipped with a bar and serving area for food. It suited our group of 500 people very well. We look forward to attaining more events there in the future. More...

First and foremost, if you are looking for a reasonably priced venue where the food is delicious, the service is superb AND the Event Coordinator goes above and beyond the call of duty. ..The Ridge is DEFINITELY where all of your expectations can, not only be met, but where they can be exceeded! The venue itself is beautifully decorated (please visit in person as the photos do NOT even BEGIN to do it justice). The great room is already decorated with beautiful tulle and lighting that serve as a wonderful blank canvas to create any sort of vibe you’re looking for (we chose a rustic, shabby/chic decor that worked well). They really have a great number of tablecloth/napkin color combinations that can easily accommodate ANY look you’re going for...most importantly, ALL of these (as well as some centerpiece options) are included with the price of the venue...MAJOR savings. And the food? I heard so many of our guests gushing over how delicious the food was...”best food I’ve EVER had at any event” was heard constantly all evening! The Ridge is an incredible reception venue, and Rick did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect for a wedding reception. When using The Ridge there is a contracted caterer so that is one less stress for couples looking at venues. They also provide linens and centerpieces if people are interested in not doing large floral centerpieces. More...

We loved our Reception at The Ridge. The setting was gorgeous and Danica is amazing! She listened to our requests and was attentive to our needs all night! The Ridge was our choice for our daughters wedding May 20, 2017 and we could have not been more pleased with the level of service, quality of the food, and decorations. The tables, chairs, back drop at the head table, table linens, glassware, plates and silverware were high quality. It felt fancy and Danica made sure our guest were served well. I even spotted her behind the bar as it got busy. The meal was the best and the guest all said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. 11/12/2016 - I had my wedding ceremony and reception here. This was amazing! I can't say enough about Danica, she runs the show and makes sure everything is handled. Danica works your entire wedding day. It felt as if I had my own personal wedding planner. The Ridge will work with you every step of the process. The cost is on the low end, in average to all the wedding venues in the Omaha area. The size of the hall works well with small to large groups and felt very spacious for my 150 guests. I have seen it set up for 250 guests and it still felt spacious. They have a beautiful backdrop setup for the head table or even just as a pretty backdrop for pictures and décor. The dance floor is large and has lighted tulle hung from above. The food was FANTASTIC, I had multiple compliments all night and days after. I also chose the "host" bar option and the bar service was fast and easy. There was never a wait for drinks (huge plus). The Ridge has everything you need...there is no need to rent everything from outside vendors and worry if they show up. Of course the day went to fast and I would love to do it all over again. Had my reception here and absolutely loved it! Not only was the staff friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Danica was great to work with and I appreciated how most everything was included (food, bar, security, taxes, centerpieces, linens, decorations etc.) All my expectations were exceeded and I would highly recommend The Ridge to anyone looking for an amazing venue for a reasonable price.
