Services

This 4-week programme will provide everything you need to adopt a lifestyle that will optimise your health, increase and stabilise energy levels and achieve ideal bodyweight. The programme includes a 1 1/2 hour initial one-to-one session in person or online and 3 further 1-hour weekly sessions. Also included are: Lifestyle and food diary assessment, shopping list, food planning, menu suggestions and recipes, help with goal setting and overcoming barriers, advice on exercise, sleep and stress-control and continuous support via Chat on private Coaches Console during the 4 weeks.

Diet and lifestyle assessment based on food diary entries and a lifestyle survey. Includes a one-hour one-to-one session and advise on how to tweak your diet and life style to achieve your goals and optimise health.

If you would like to adopt a healthy lifestyle to achieve your ideal body weight, balance your hormones, optimise and stabilise your energy levels then this is the package for you. This half-day kick-start session takes place at your home and includes: - Kitchen cupboard clear out - Shopping list - Explanation of the effect of diet, exercise, sleep and stress on your health - Motivation and goal setting - 3-week meal and exercise plan

One-to-one 1-hour consult to discuss diet and lifestyle, face to face or via Skype, FaceTime or phone.

My 12-week one-to-one Diabetes Prevention Programme will empower you to identify what you can do to manage your blood glucose levels and optimise your health. It will also support you to implement the lifestyle tweaks effectively and sustainably.
