What makes a great website?
First of all a great website is not built for you, it is built for your customers. Understanding your target audience in crucial to online businesses and any business that has a website.
A great website has to be responsive across all devices such as mobile, tablets & desktops. A great website has to explain the nature of what they are intending to tell the end user within a 7 second time span. The online world is vastly growing creating more online competition, in result this makes the end user more selective over the content they chose to read.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It is very important to understand the clients requirements and that is why we ask all our clients to fill out a simple questionnaire that includes a tick box exercise. This gives our developers a greater understanding of what the client is looking for so we can provide a great service.
We advise all our clients to meet our in-house team by coming down to our premises to have a friendly chat over a cuppa tea / coffee. It is very important to us that we can build a trusting business relationship with the client whilst they can ask us any questions they have in person. The Quantum Agency is a big family and we would love you to become apart of it.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new clients and delivering a great service to them to help boost there business within the online sector. Every business is different and require different services from us, and been able to provide a service that helps nurture their business is something I cannot get enough of.
I like to build a great trusting relationship between my self and the end client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration came at been a young age at just 15 years old. In my early years starting out in business I needed all the help and advice I could get without the feeling of been in the dark. Now that my company has grown over the years I intend to help all startup businesses that require my help.
