I have been seeing Matt for the last year after suffering a back and traumatic head injury within a few weeks. I wasn’t overweight, but keen to return to fitness and frustrated by my recovery. What I liked about Matt was his all round approach, he treats you as an individual and appreciates that we are all different and what suits one doesn’t necessarily suit another. He is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and very supportive. Matt has definitely given me the help I needed to regain my fitness and the confidence to go beyond where I was before my accident. He's everything you could want in a personal trainer: knowledgeable about training and dieting; supportive and encouraging; motivating and aspirational. He's helped keep me strong through times when I couldn't train as much as I'd like and he's helped me excel when I could focus on my training. Just completed my first 12 weeks personal training with Matt and never would have believed that the progress I have made would have been possible in such a short amount of time! Matt tailors all packages to each individual client and is thoughtful and caring to each and everyone’s personal goals. Having spent the last 24 weeks training with Matt I have been amazed by the level of support provided across wellbeing including fitness , nutrition and mindset.
This have given so much more than previous trainers who seemed too focused on the fitness only.
A great experience and enabled me to smash my original goals from a weight loss and fitness perspective and also gave me insight and tools to help move me forward in other areas away from the gym and fitness.
I would recommend the PT Man to anyone needing to get fit/lose weight and learn some good tips and technique for beating goals across the board
