First the restaurant was wonderful. Great service and the food was truly delicious. The villa apartments were very spacious and clean. And updated in a modern style. Parking was a little tight though. Very close to the downtown area ware there are a lot of different restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. More...

The property was great. Except for the room not being ready when promised. We did enjoy the pool and the bar with the family while waiting for the room. The only other issue was that I was told they would call me the moment it was ready. It was so hot outside by the pool and I had groceries in the car for the stay. I wasn't called at all, finally went back to the desk and asked and was informed that it had been ready for some time now.
Marco at the poolside bar was excellent, very nice and helpful. The lady that maintained our room was also very nice. Room was great, very roomy and extremely comfortable. Love the full kitchen, was able to have a few other family members join us for dinner and had a great time. I did have the room with separate living areas, full kitchen, 2 double beds and 2 full bathrooms and loved the space on the balcony. Definitely thinking of having the family join us there again and getting asking rooms, so we all can be comfortable. Front desk device was okay, maybe could be true flier and more on top of what was needed. Called for sugar for the coffee, was told they would bring some, about 45 minutes later, I went to the desk and the gentlemen told me, sorry he forgot, but that I can go to the restaurant and ask for some. Which I did, but had to leave the get together that was going on in my rookm to do this. More...

In my experience it was memorable cause I was astounded por the amazing staff I knew, I'm felt so comfortable specially with Azucena from the restaurant and the Bellmans, excellent everything!highly recommended
