I initially had my property on the market with a couple of estate agents. After 3 months of little to no progress, I brought on The Property Shop amongst other local estate agents. It is safe to say that Dario and Hiten went above and beyond to get viewings. From my experience, The Property Shop is one of VERY FEW estate agents who take a proactive approach and give 100% focus to their clients. The fact that The Property Shop managed to get most of the offers compared to other estate agents is testament to this. Dario and Hiten never made me feel like they were too busy to talk to me. Unforunately other estate agents were usually too busy to talk to me or had a certain arrogance about them. However, Dario and Hiten are both down-to-earth people who get the job done very effectively. They were also very flexible, which helped us substantially.Our sale process was more complicated that usual. However, Dario and Hiten were always at hand to escalate issues and help speed up the process - whether it was the middle of the week or the weekend. They went out of their way to help me secure our purchase too.If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your property in Edgware, I would very highly recommend going with The Property Shop over any other estate agent in the area.Thanks for the top service!
