We had a cancellation for the photo booth we had booked for our wedding day last Saturday just 96 hours before the big day. After calling around loads of photo booths in the area, we came across Charlotte and Huw at The Proper Booth who (fortunately for us) had a cancellation and were able to make it. I can’t believe what they pulled together in just 3 days. Timely arrival all the way to Cambridgeshire, personalised props and the most amazing backdrop! Perfect for our festival wedding and no confined spaces like with other booths (especially grateful on such a hot day!). It was a hit with our guests and our guest book has me in stitches when I’m getting the “post-wedding blues”. Charlotte’s communication was outstanding and Huw was pleasant and fun on the day. I can’t recommend these two enough, they’ve given me memories for my wedding that I thought would be lost! Thank you so much! Would definitely book again for any occasion in the future x More...

What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
We're not here to compare ourselves to traditional photographers, because a Photo Booth is a totally different thing. It's entertainment.

And nowadays its so rare for people to actually print out their photos, I still find amazing how people love holding a print of a photo they've just taken in their hands.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a Photo Booth at my own wedding and instantly fell in love with the concept. Our Photo Booth wedding book is looked at and brought out more often than our actual wedding photos. Every time we look though that book we see all our friends and family having an amazing time. That memory is something we wanted to create for other people. Not just at weddings but for all types of events.
