How long have you been in business?
I have been running domestic cleaning services for 19 years. The business I currently own has been operating since 2007 and is the best one I have ever set up due to my expanding knowledge of the industry and of how to best look after our clients.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, all equipment, supplies, sterile cloths and mop-heads are supplied by us.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feedback we receive from our satisfied customers, it makes me happy and fulfilled and at the same it's so lovely when the cleaning staff receive their own fantastic feedback, it makes us feel so worthwhile and it feels like we have created something of real value to our customers.
I love the warm relationships that form between clients and customers and the very real help that we can offer to make the lives of both our lovely clients and are valued cleaning staff more comfortable which in turn makes for a happy working environment, this attitude then filters down to the clients and presents in an excellent motivated service level all round.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to make a difference to people who were struggling with busy lives, maybe with young families and working full-time, as I once was myself in that position. Or to help people who may have different struggles which would prevent them from maintaining their homes such as the elderly or disabled. I wanted to provide this service to the best f my ability and make their homes a place to relax in comfort.
I constantly heard people say there was a lack of good cleaners and I decided this was a gap that I could and wanted to fill.

House Cleaning
We offer a quality regular domestic cleaning service either weekly or fortnightly frequency, which is priced at a flat rate per visit based upon the size and general condition of the property and also the scope of the work discussed at the quote.
