What do you love most about your job?
I am thrilled to be doing work that allows me to help others pursue their professional dreams. I thrive off of inspiring and helping women create space for their aspirations and be fulfilled with what they do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
By the time I got married and started a family, I was well established in my career and struggled with the change in priorities and my new identity. As much as I loved this new phase of my life, it was still foreign to me. I want to help other women feel more connected with their community and also build an identity that is powerful and uniquely them.

With nearly 20 years in Human Resources, I have been able to focus on what matters most to me and write my personal success story. Now, I help hundreds of people each and every day wake up and be more intentional with how they are growing a fulfilling life and profession. Let me help you do the same.
Monthly Career Coaching
You want a life where you wake up and feel fulfilled. It takes intentionality and ongoing work to build an identity you feel proud of. We will work together to understand your opportunities, define your goals, as well as gain some clarity on steps you can take for yourself.
Our time together will start with a questionnaire for you to complete before our scheduled call. This will allow me to get to know you, your goals and your expectations for our time together. We’ll have a face-to-face virtual session to get to know one another and see if there is a potential match for ongoing work together. During follow-up sessions, we will refine your goals, reflect on past actions, and create a game plan for future growth and development. After each call, you will receive a write up of our conversation and your action steps. Plus, you will get a video recording of our session so you can refer back to our talk when you want a refresher.
Professional Brand Review
Stand out from the crowd by showcasing who you are, what you do, and how you want to grow your career. Get clear-minded about your professional brand and ensure that your online presence is aligned and updated.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with our Professional Brand Guide. This will walk you through some reflection exercises so that you can craft your professional brand statement. Send this completed statement, along with access to your resume and LinkedIn profile and I will highlight opportunities to make sure everything is in alignment with your career objectives.
