What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching, when executed well, is an extremely powerful and proven methodology that enhances the performance of an individual, a team and business. When I initially experienced this for myself, it inspired me to want to help others. It combines a humanistic interest in wanting people to be the best version of themselves, with a strong commercial interest in driving sustained high performance.
