My favorite place to board my lil fur baby in Houston!! I've been taking her here for the past year. The staff is AMAZING and she is always excited to stay. INCREDIBLE. I have been boarding/taking my 60 lb boxer to daycare at The Pooch Pad for the last 2 years. Kristi and the rest of the staff have been phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable every time. I have no doubt that they truly love and care about my dog and treat her as one of their own. My dog absolutely loves it and gets so excited every time that I tell her that she's going there. We love the Pooch Pad!! This place has been my savior since getting a little rambunctious puppy. My puppy loves coming and playing and is always so worn out after daycare. Prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend for boarding as well- they play all day at daycare (included in the price) which is a huge plus. Grooming services are also wonderful as well and the dogs always come home with super cute bandanas. The staff is very friendly and patient and prices are reasonable just watch out for that Sunday pick up it's cheaper to let them stay an additional day. On Saturday I took my dog Bruno to them to get groomed for the first time he absolutely loved it they did a great job gave me some good knowledge on what's going on with my dog when I've taking him other places and they had no clue  I will be going back every two weeks to take my dog for a bath I have a lab mix

I took my pup to the pooch pad for his first day of daycare since we have moved to the area and I couldn't be happier with the service + staff! To start something that sets this daycare apart from others is that their temperament testing allows for your dog to spend the entire day at daycare the day of the temperament test if they do okay with other dogs. Since my dog has been to daycare before I really didn't want to bring him in for a temperament test on the weekend before I could bring him in for daycare. Their system with the temperament testing was a HUGE plus for me!After my dogs first day he was completely exhausted for the entire night! To me that is the test of a great daycare! If my pup comes home tired from playing all day I know he had a great day at daycare. I had asked about their grooming prices and they were very reasonable, another huge perk is that they will groom him during his daycare stay so I don't have to bring him in for 2 separate visits. Last but not least- they have the BEST prices in town and their location is super convenient for anyone working downtown. Highly HIGHLY recommend ! More...

They’re my go-to daycare/boarding when we go out of town and our 3 dogs love it! The owner and staff are very hands on and even send you videos on Snapchat to let you know they’re okay. We love The Pooch Pad! I've been taking my dog Lola here for doggy daycare, grooming, and occasional overnight boarding for years. The staff is great and extremely attentive. I feel like they genuinely care about my dog and her well-being. The dogs spend the majority of the day playing out of the kennel, and for those hot summer months, they have misters and kiddie pools to keep the dogs cool. I take my best friend Phoebe regularly to spend a day with her friends at the Pooch Pad while I go to work. I've taken her there for almost two years.  They call her Princess there. When she gets to the gate she is pulling as hard as she can to get inside and sniff which one of her friends are there to play with. Her desire to be there tells me more then anything how they treat our dogs while we are gone. The women that care for the dogs are incredible. We have 2 of our own dogs and have one stray/foster that go to daycare. All 3 are pitbulls and two of them have BOUNDLESS energy. The other day, they were in boarding for a couple days as we were moving. As soon as they got in the car, they fell asleep for the rest of the ride and night. In the morning, they were still tired!
