Took Sox here today for his first bath and cut after visiting a few weeks ago to see how he was and he has absolutely loved it � he has come back looking and smelling lovely and was cut perfect exactly as I had asked. So happy we found somewhere so local and lovely. Definately be back in 3 weeks and won't be going anywhere else. We’ve been taking our cocker Ava to Rachel for a few years now, she always looks great and feel safe in the knowledge Rachel will look after whilst in her care. We have a old cocker (Rossi) who is now 14 and covered in lumps and warts, having him groomed over the last 4 years has been a challenge and usually ended up in my wife doing it. On Monday Rachel groomed him whilst my wife stayed and helped just to settle Rossi and point out the lumps and bumps, he looks amazing and shedding the hair has given him a new lease of life and some much needed relief from the hot weather. Wow amazing lady who looked after my boy so well. He hasn't been able to be groomed since having an operation and he certainly needed it. He came back looking awesome and smelling so much better! Lovely person (with the beautiful dylan on hand for a fuss and cuddles lol ) Was very pleased with the outcome of patchs trim and bath, it was his first time ever at the groomers and everything was taken slowly with him for him to have a good experience and not scare him. I have been taking my 14 month old Lurcher Ben to the Pooch Hut for the last 6/7 months and will be definetley be taking my cocker spaniel pup Jack there too. Ben always comes back looking and smelling lovely. They are now doing a loyalty card where after so many grooms you receive a discountI would highly recommend the pooch hut, it ticks all the boxes for me.
