The Pixie Dusters came to my rescue when all seemed lost! Not only are they exceptional at what they do but they are also simply amazing people. Currently going through chemotherapy treatments for stage 3 breast cancer with a 15 month old baby was becoming overwhelming. Sick, tired and in despair after so many turned us down due to where we live. These ladies didn't just do a thorough cleaning of our house (and boy did it sparkle when they did) but also offered to help should we need anything additional during my treatments. I have had my whole house rearranged and cleaned by these ladies. They did a fantastic job and continue to do so. I tell them when I need anything special done and it’s done for me. the pixie dusters were recommended to me by a mommy Facebook group. Barbara and Natasha came to my house and were extremely pleasant. I requested a deep cleaning, I expected the cleaning to be excellent. Their reviews were great on google! My house is 2700 sq feet two floors and 5 rooms. They have offered to clean fans and I mean if you go to their website everything including in the deep cleaning. Absolutely nothing was moved! How can you deep clean and dust without moving stuff around? In their cleaning they offered to clean the fridge, the fans, etc. Long story short they informed me they were done about 1.5 hours later.. impossible to deep clean such a big house so fast especially when you are offering to steam the title floors. Well let’s just say, there is tittle in the bathrooms and they were not steamed, they forgot to clean the fridge, the fans and my sons room was messy still and my laundry room was completely disgusting by the time they were done. We did do a walk through and we pointed all of these things out which they did “fix” the fans were dusted after they were done so you can imagine the whole house got dusty again! One of the girls have a better work ethic.. she fixed my closet and it was wonderful, I could also tell what she cleaned from what the other lady cleaned. I did voice my concerns to them when they offered to come back very polite... since their website states satisfaction guaranteed.. and got no response. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before writing a review on them. What a shame but I work hard for my money and I needed a little extra help since I just had a baby.. I can do the same or even better job. But their performance was below average at best! Customer service obviously is not their priority. More...

My house has NEVER looked this clean and smells wonderful. Didn't know what the outcome would be on our first cleaning with dogs in the house but these girls knocked it out of the park. I am so impressed that I want them to come clean my office bldg. I can't wait to see them again, they were so friendly and personable and their price makes this company a complete package.
