Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done in past 9 months.
After gaining 43kg during pregnancy and the scale staring back at me at 100. 3kg , I thought this is it , I will never get my body back . But with your coaching and your nutrition plan ,happy to look at the scale at 56.7kg.
Andrew you are easy to get along with ,so helpful, extremely accommodating and lets not forget encouraging and motivating, but the best part of all is that you genuinely care about your clients!

I have been struggling with my weight for many years and tried many diets and workout routines I found the diets and workout programs to be difficult to maintain without guidance.

I started training with Andrew at the beginning of this year, he spent time with me to help me understand what I need to do to get the results that I want

I am not one of Andrew's body-building beauties. I'm a regular person who needed help with a regular program and diet for weight loss and better health. Andrew listened to what I had to say and prepared a plan that showed results from the first week. He answered all my questions and was happy to modify exercises to fit me. Working with Andrew has been amazing. I’ve learned more about my body and the best styles of training from him compared to anyone else. He has helped me to really get out of my comfort zone by focusing on my strength and he even got me up to eating 2900 calories a day with little to no fat gain, primarily muscle as the goal! He communicates really well with me considering I live in America and he is in Australia. He asks for updates on how I’m feeling, how I’m liking the styles of training, and asks me for videos on certain exercises to make sure my technique is correct. We also have video calls to discuss the program and how I’m feeling and he informs me and explains the track we will be following leading up to my competition. Andrew is the first PT I’ve worked with long term. Initially I signed up with Andrew with the short term goal of competing in my first bikini competition after having a baby. It was a personal goal of mine and after doing some research and getting some feed back from others I was confident he was the man for the job. He not only exceeded all my expectations, but rode the roller coaster of emotion when I was frustrated or felt like I wasn’t making progress quick enough or doubted myself or wanted to give up. He was compassionate, kind, very down to earth and ‘real’ and gave me a kick up the butt when I needed it! I initially told him I wanted him to be my coach for the 16 weeks before the comp but 18 moths later I’m still training with him and would be lost without him. He has helped me achieve what I thought impossible, I’ve dropped 5kg and kept it off for over a year, gained muscle, changed my shape and for the first time in my life love my body. I’ve had great advice and overall healthy approach to every aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Easy to talk to and work out what’s going on when things need shaking up and an enthusiastic approach to getting results that allow flexibility to let you enjoy life without it all consuming you and getting to much to understand. I go over a basic education with the client in the initial consult. Then I provide the client with the specific training program and nutrition recommendations that they need to meet their goals.

Along the way I focus on improving their knowledge to make things easier in the long term. Everyone still wants to eat their favorite foods and socialize and not feel restricted right? Well there is a way to do it and still get the results you want, you just have to know how!

Establishing a baseline of maintenance calories, making sure your metabolism is healthy, following the appropriate strategy for what is need to get optimal results in the long term while keep you as healthy as possible. And most of all utilizing a particular strategy that you (the client) will be able to follow as easily as possible.

Don't worry if you don't understand all this, I will be teaching you everything you need to know as we go, along with the big basics in our initial consult :)

That's the nutrition stuff out the way!

As for the training, you need to train hard, there's no way around it! Regardless of where you start, there are certain strategies that will be implemented along the way to make the transition from where you are now, to where you want to be.
