To be able to design my own studio to meet the needs and expectations of my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 30 years of experience in the fitness world and have trained hundreds of people over the years. I have had my own experiences with injuries and how to train around them, so I am more aware of how to move forward with temporary (or permanent), limitations.
