We called Phoenix Design Group about a week before our event and got the BEST assistance from the get-go! I mainly worked with Lauren who is truly the nicest person and returns emails FAST. She even surprised us with an early set up :) They also have a lot of experience around Houston, so that really helped with our big event at The Omni. Phoenix Design Group does all of the pipe and drape/ AV stuff for our event at the Pasadena Convention Center every year. This was my first year in this event role at my company, and the wonderful staff- Mike, Cody, etc .- made it such a breeze! Anything I asked them to do got done in a timely fashion during setup. Our company has been working with Phoenix Design for several years but this was my first time working directly with them for our fireworks show at Kings Harbor. They are such a professional group and are amazing to work with! On the day of the event, they were so prepared and organized that I didn't even have to check on them during setup or before the performance.
