The Perfect SAIZ Taco

We used the Perfect Saiz Taco for our small AZ wedding on Cinco de Mayo of about 26 people. We planned this event from out of state, so needless to say I was definitely a little nervous about hiring a caterer that I had never met before, tasted their food, nor was going to until the Big Day. However, JP and his team are so accommodating and just absolutely wonderful to work with that I had no doubts after speaking with him that the day would be great. They are so professional and have the best work ethic and customer service standards that I have seen in a long time (mind you, I work in customer service so I admittedly have very high expectations and they blew me away!). Not to mention, the food was DELICIOUS! I would definitely hire them again for any event should I be in Chandler area. They are THE BEST! We used this catering service for the welcome party to our wedding weekend that we hosted at a private house with about 60 guests. This is a family business run by Juan Pablo and all the servers that day were his wife and kids. They all did a great job and were very friendly and professional. We had a lot of out-of-town guests so we wanted to give them a taste of local Arizona flavor, Juan Pablo did a really nice job engaging people and telling them what they were getting. We had a taco bar buffet line with ground beef, chicken and chorizo, rice, beans, hot tortillas, guacamole, salsa, etc. Everyone said they enjoyed the food, and Juan Pablo packed up the leftovers for us, which we ate for the rest of the weekend!
