They were probably my favorite vendor - which is saying a lot because I also loved our cake baker. Working with Perfect Petal was a dream. They were easy to work with, professional and just got me. I'm not a big flower person so I'm sure I was hard to work with - but you would never know it because they were so nice. They showed me photos and that's how I picked a lot of my flowers. They also provided lanterns, candles, rose petals, gorgeous lush greenery... they took a pretty wedding venue and transformed it into something from my dreams. After two minutes of considering a 1-800-flowers bouquet for a grieving friend, I tossed that awful idea and decided to seek out the adorable flower hop I'd passed by a couple weeks earlier, Perfect Petal! Everyone I encountered here was so helpful and friendly. A delivery problem wasn't a problem for them at all, and they kindly delivered the arrangement to a different location the next day without a fuss or extra charge. Unbelievable level of customer service that I didn't even believed existed in this day and age. Went complety above and beyond on Saturday and even received a follow up call to make sure everything was OK. I would give them 10 stars if available! More than a couple times, I've walked in for a bouquet or posey with a price point, and given them a free design hand and vague instructions: "anything but pink". She knew exactly what I wanted within the first few minutes of us chatting. Amazing selection of flowers, always fresh and long lasting. Talk to the florist on duty, and you will have a beautiful bouquet. I like to take walk around the shop and look at all the unique wares, from books to candles and greeting cards, while I while for my flower arrangement. The only place I ever go for flowers.
