What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love the variety that my works entails and the opportunity to work with many different clients. There is real diversity and depth to what I do and can offer. I embrace every challenge and situation and enjoy working with both new and existing clients supporting them with their business. My job is to take something off a clients hands so they can continue to do what they do best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m passionate about good HR being available for all types and sizes of business. Having worked 'in house' for several years I wanted to, the concept for the people project was to take this expertise to clients using a flexible but completely adhoc approach to HR. I provide 'go to' outsourced HR. Many small or medium sized set ups don’t want or need full time HR resource. However, good clear professional advice is essential at critical moments.
