Disgusting service, not a reliable person, very poor communication

Went to see PJ due to some back and shoulder issues. He introduced me to the Theregun sports massage device. Awesome session and my back feels much better today. Really pleased with the session and PJ is knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend PJG if you are in need of a sports massage with a difference. Having been using Paul's INCEPTION programme since the beginning of the year, the difference it has made to my fitness level has been incredible. What I like about Paul is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. The classes are always different and very challenging but they are rewarding and are very effective. Paul is a true professional his knowledge, confidence and attitude are second to none . I am now six month's into Paul's Inception programme and have lost a stone and a half. Other than the 1/2h HIIT a day I haven't changed much else; I still pretty much eat and drink exactly what I want. Better still, I feel so much fitter, healthier and generally have more 'zest' for life.I have been saying I am going to lose a couple of stone for the best part of a decade. I found Paul on Facebook through recommendations on a group. I was keen to get back in shape after being a coach potato for a while but wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting time in the gym. I also wanted to make sure that I was eating right so I contacted Paul and asked if he could help me. I was expecting a response with a generalised workout plan and a diet plan of basic veggies and to be told to eat more fruit and drink more water. To say I was wrong is an understatement. Paul asked for full details of what my goals were, my height, current weight etc. I was very impressed that he did a full assessment of my requirements instead of just taking my money and giving me a plan. To top it off after answering some basic questions on any dietary requirements I received a nutritional plan that has made my life so easy! It literally gives you exactly what you should be eating, weights, amounts and even links on where to buy things if you don't know. I'm in the early stages of the plan but I am absolutely loving it and am so happy I made an investment into my health. It's not just a gym and diet plan it's a guide on a new way of life! Paul has also been there for any additional questions I have had and been checking up on me to see how I'm coming along with the plan. Cannot recommend this company any more! 5 stars isn't enough!! Paul,Before I started training with you, I had all these preconceived ideas about personal trainers which made me feel somewhat anxious and hesitant when deciding to make the commitment. However, from the very first session, you put my mind at ease with your friendly and down to earth nature which reassured me that I had made the right decision. You have a great way of creating a relaxed and fun environment whilst maintaining absolute professionalism throughout. It doesn’t take long to gain an appreciation for the many years of experience and knowledge you have acquired as a personal trainer - you really know your stuff! You do a great job at motivating and building confidence in your clients whilst promoting the development of genuine and sustainable results. There is nothing pretentious about you or the service you provide which is why you have such a good reputation. It’s all about honest hard graft for 60 minutes exploring what the body is capable of achieving. Your workouts are dynamic and challenging incorporating a wide variety of techniques and movements with the availability of the latest equipment. That being said, you’re not the stereotypical cold or relentless drill sargent, you always prioritise the safety and well-being of your clients and you always make sure that it’s a positive experience.Within the first 6 months of training with you, I lost about 21 pounds in weight and my strength and fitness improved three fold. My clothes were fitting better and I was regaining confidence in myself, which had been fading over the years. I also participated in your fitness retreat in Morocco earlier this year which was an amazing experience and sharpened my focus on eating healthy and keeping fit - sometimes we all just need to escape from life’s distractions to put the important things into perspective. I would highly recommend the fitness retreats to anyone - I would dare say that it has the potential to be a life changing experience! I have been working with Paul for over a year. I have worked out with several personal trainers before and love the variety of training Paul offers. With previous trainers I have felt my workouts got a bit stuck in a rut but not here. Paul is always positive and encouraging we train hard but also have fun in every session - and Paul offers a mix of activities that keep me motivated. His knowledge and experience mean that my results are maximised. I have lost over a stone and felt in great shape when I turned 50 earlier this year.
