We have only great things to say about The Party Professionals. Both Nicole and Caroline were fantastic to deal with. We contacted them with very little notice, just 2-3 weeks before we planned to have a large party and they handled everything with ease. They went above and beyond. They organised everything including a marquee, beautiful food and entertainment. They took all the stress out of organising such an event and it was a great success. I contacted The Party Professionals to help organise a party at home. They came back to me immediately and their advice and help really saved me a huge amount of time. As a working Mum, I just didn’t have the time to do it all myself. I asked Party professionals to do a African Safari party for my 1 year old triplets at the beginning of the year . Caroline was very pleasant, always willing to talk about the event and give good advice when necessary . Whatever was on her quote was delivered as promised . When we needed table cloths at the last minute , she was great in sorting that out for us . However I was quite disappointed on the day of the event when the decoration that I had ordered by myself was my responsibility to sort out . This basically consisted of the candy table which my family and I ended up doing on our own with minimal input from party pros . This was the centre focus of the room . It was not clear from our previous discussions that I had to do this so it was quite a rush in the end with me having to do the candy table and get ready for the party . We also ended up helping to set tables so that we knew for certain that the venue would be ready in time . Carolines extra help for the day was sick. It did end up being a great day but with stress involved which was quite unpleasant. She did however stay to make sure that the service providers she had booked arrived and there was no major hiccups . All in all - we had a lovely event which party professionals did help us put together. However , be aware of having your own decor etc to put up as it maybe upto you to do it . I just wanted to say a massive Thank You to you and The Party Pros for helping us make our Mother's party the very best bash ever!
I contacted you first in search of a marquee and ended up with the whole package as you and your team looked after everything that makes a party really great. The catering was delicious and generous; the presentation and lighting that night was stunning; the wonderful service was attentive and kind; the fabulous balloons, the festoon lights, the pod tables and the glassware right down to details like the coat rail and ice buckets were spot on. Thanks so much for all your advice and by the way my mum and all my family thought you were fantastic and so nice to us all too. I hope you go from success to success. All the best

The 1st time I organised the Christmas party for my company (150 people) I was so stressed and overwhelmed by everything I needed to think of and staying within budget. Contacting Caroline was the best decision I made through the all process. She was able to jump in the project half way through, converting a regular staff party into an amazing event focused on recognizing our teams. Everybody still talks about it! Myself and a few of my final year colleges wanted to finish our final year off in style and organize a marketing ball for whole year. We couldn’t of done this without the A1 service the party professionals supplied, whether it was Stephen or Caroline no matter what query we had they would respond within moments with the answer, with an amazing venue decorated beautifully and a great dj the night couldn’t of gone any better !
