I had a facepainter and balloon artist come to my daughter's first birthday party and all the kids loved them. They did a great job and fulfilled all the requests, no matter how many times the same kids went up. I also was recommended by a friend who received a quote lower than mine for the same amount of time. The woman who did the facepainting and balloons at my childs birthday party was fabulous! She arrived on time, gave all the kids a number on their hand so they could do other activities and get called on when to come back ( instead of waiting in line), did a fantastic job at painting their little faces and even made a ton of balloons for them all to take home!

The only draw back was we had so many kids and in a two hour time frame it is crunch time for the artist. Instead of rushing for the artist and the kids all getting rowdy, i figured two artists ( one for face, another for balloons) was going to come to keep the lines moving and to make it doable for the kids to all get their face done and a balloon in the allowed time frame.

My daughter had a great time at her birthday party there. The only complaint I have is that it seemed like our party helper was being pulled in many directions that day. She was dedicated to our party when food/cake was being served but was also taking orders and cashing people out at the snack bar while two people were at the reception desk. John, Jackie and their daughter did the most amazing job for my daughter's first birthday party. I have to say, hands down, they were the party. They made hot air balloon centerpieces for my tables and also customized the concession stand with my daughter's name and the date of the event--not to mention they made everything pink and I didn't even ask for this! The kids also loved the face painting and balloon twisting that they did at the party. I can't believe how above and beyond they went. They really made the party memorable. On the day of my daughter's birthday party, we had a storm come through just a couple of hours before our guests arrived (30+ people), and we lost power. The folks at The Party Fun totally had it covered. They brought their own generator, and the party went on without a hitch. So many of our guests that day told us what an awesome birthday party it was. Everyone seemed very impressed with the level of entertainment and FUN The Party Fun brought to the event. Their face painting was better than I've ever seen at any park or fair, the cotton candy was delicious - so many flavors, and the bubble machine went pretty much the entire time. Good music, lots of games (run by them, not me), and pretty much everything you're looking for when you rent a carnival to come to your house.
