Clare and her team provided 2 superb dinners for 17 people when we were staying at Treowen House last weekend. Both the rich beef stew and the venison pies. with all the trimmings you could need, were hearty, plentiful and very very tasty. Clare was easy to deal with in advance - very responsive by phone and email - and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delivered to the house ready to serve. Long overdue review .... Like another reviewer I regularly travel from England the 16 miles round trip to stock up on Clare's delicious Cumberland sausages. We think we know our Cumberlands and have never found anywhere in Ross, Hereford or Monmouth that comes close. Double yolker eggs and lush burgers plus a new scrumptious Malty cake and excellent Bakewell make this a perfect stop for coffee and stock up. More...

The Parsons nose did themselves proud last weekend when they catered for my childrens naming ceremony. We had sausage rolls and cornish pasties all delivered warm and in hot cabinets to the venue so they were all there ready for us when our hungry party returned from church.
All ran like clockwork thanks to Clare and teams super efficiency. We had cornish pasties, veggie pasties and sausage rolls, they looked, smelled and tasted delicious and was such an easy way to cater for a large group.
Lots of really positive comments from our guests about the food all asking where we'd got such delicious pasties from.
Thanks guys, keep up the good work, we are very lucky to have you on our doorstep!!

Why should our clients choose you?
At the Parsons Nose, we specialize in naturally reared meat and traditional slow farming methods. We are a family run farm in Welsh hills of Monmouth, South Wales. We have a herd of Outdoor Bred Welsh black pigs, Hereford & Dexter cattle plus 32000 free range chickens. Our meat tastes especially good, because of the way we rear our animals in a stress-free environment.
All of our food hot & cold for catering is handmade using our own ingredients or sourced locally.
Our sausages and burgers are made with 100 % meat all to our distinctive recipes. No artificial additives or nasties. All our sausages and burgers are hand made fresh to order.
Our traditional sausage is one of our most popular, however we have range of over 20 delicious specialty sausages that use seasonal produce, we highly recommend pork and wild garlic, Cumberland, pork and apple, pork and nettle or venison. Please ask for the full list.
Our wild boar burgers are delicious, they taste like pork used to. And they are whopping to boot. At 8oz a burger, your guests will be well fed.
Our catering is aimed at hungry people who care about the quality
and provenance of their food.
