I have been a client of Nicole s ( salon director ) for 10yrs For the past 2yrs I have visited weekly for a wash and blow dry and for the past 6months the apprentice Nicole has been doing my hair . I have long ,extremely thick and hard to manage hair which she has done to an excellent standard ,she is polite and professional and Is a fantastic hairdresser in the making . I have been going to PHR for over a year now, following them to their amazingly refurbished salon in Chorley town Centre. The salon has been done up to a high standard, with everything they need to ensure my hair receives the highest quality treatment . All the staff are very welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home whilst maintaining a professional manner throughout. This is the first salon I’ve ever been to where I’ve felt 100% happy with my hair every time I leave whilst also feeling comfortable and happy, being able to have a laugh and great conversation with the staff.The staff always ensure my hair requirements are met and no job is too hard for them, they all work together really well as a team to ensure great results. My hair is fussy and doesn’t always play ball however they will try and try again until we’re both happy with the result. I always like to have a change with my hair and no matter what it is the staff Will do this for me. Chantel and shanice are fantastic at colouring, little Nicole is a very well mannered and professional and Lisa is amazing at eyebrows! Recently moved premises into the town centre. Absolutely stunning interior. Very friendly and welcoming professionals, offering a range of services. Came here for the 1st time in October 2015 and it was amazing!!

Not only was the service brilliant, but my previous stylist who was the manager at Northcotes is the owner!
I have been here 3 times since October and thought that I would put this online, as the girls at The Park Hair Room have been excellent and really looked after me, I wouldn't expect any different now hehe. I've had a haircut, blowdry and a colour

I really wish Chantel and her team all the best for the future, as it will definitely be a success.

After numerous attempts of trying to get my hair the right colour, ( Blonde/Grey) I went too a fair few salons and used mobile hairdressers. .. Bad idea, my hair went worse every time. I then went to the park hair room and a few hours later my hair was the perfect colour, I couldn't recommend Chantel and the other girls enough, I'm soon to be going back to experiment with my hair again, wouldn't trust anyone but these too now do my hair! Very unsure at first due to never going here before, then when I walked in, I couldn't believe my eyes that it was Chantel!
She my previous hairdresser / stylist for over 10 years and we lost contact when I moved away to Preston.
Chantel and her team Shenice, Laura, Olivia and Lisa are all absolutely fantastic! My cut and colour was bloody brilliant and little Lisa even managed to fit me in for my eyebrows & nails!
Not only was I made up to leave with my hair looking sexy, new eyebrows and lovely nails exactly how I wanted, but I'd found my favorite hair stylist with a smashing set of girls who made me giggle during my first visit...
I don't think they need to be told this really, but I will never visit another salon! 10/10. Does not disappoint.
