Absolutely AMAZING! They did such an incredible job catering our wedding. All of our guests had one thing to say, and that was that the food was incredible. I couldn't even believe what a great job they did, and when I think back to our perfect day, the food is the top of the list. Merrit & Catherine are amazing! Every detail was perfect. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the level of service they were able to deliver. As onsite owners, were present and overseeing the Welcome Party and my daughters wedding. We were nervous about whether a small company could handle the logistics of pulling off a beautiful wedding reception under a tent at Runnymede without a free-standing kitchen and in spite of the ever-changing weather. We had used a mainline large catering company in Charleston for our son's rehearsal the year before. We were searching for a more personalized, less formulaic approach. Merritt and Catherine catered our daughter’s wedding. We cannot say enough great things about them and their amazing dishes. Everyone was talking about the food at and after the wedding. Every dish was spot on and served with friendly and professional service. We served buffet style and the buffet they set up was beautiful and creative. It wasn’t your typical buffet decor which made it extra special and fit right in with our wedding. Catherine and the crew couldn't have done a better job. We had a small wedding and they did our rehersal dinner and then a seafood champagne brunch. They were great. Top notch food and service. Catherine helped my wife decorate and set a beautiful table for both occasions. Very professional and great attention to detail. I was so impressed by this company that I have avoided writing a review for two weeks, fearing I would not be able to find the words to adequately express how excellent this company is. Suffice it to say that they exceeded every expectation I could ever have for a catering service. My family and I used them for a reunion we were having in Charleston, SC this July. They would show up 2-3 hours before dinner, giving them time to begin cooking dinner, clean the kitchen and living areas, prepare appetizers, and tend bar. When the family was done eating, they cleared the plates and washed the dishes. They did all of this while being cheerful, quick with a smile, and polite. The service was so excellent that it has taken me this long to even mention the quality of the food, which was AWESOME. During our beach trip we had an incredible assortment of appropriate entrees, including seafood, BBBQ, Italian, and more. Their food is fresh, delicious, and suits the palettes of children and adults alike. I give them a tremendous amount of credit for helping to make our reunion special and allowing us to focus on family during the evening hours. Two thumbs up and five stars!!! More...
