What’s your signature dish?
Well, the clue's in the name really, but we're so much more than just a hog roast company.
We specialise in all things free-range, sustainability and great animal husbandry.
We offer venison and game birds and make every event unique and because we understand not everone eats meat we have a full Vegan menu too, so I would say our signature dish would be whatever we are cooking for you on the day.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We love all food and we love people so communication is key to designing what's absolutely perfect for you and the event you are holding whether you are lovers of meat or not.
We're super flexible and are totally open to suggestions and ideas to make sure you have exactly what you want.
We are always keen to keep things as seasonal as possible and so this is a big consideration when designing a menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything!
I've been cooking professionally since I was sixteen and wouldn't change a thing.
I love it!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love having the freedom and ability to do something which makes people happy. ultimately!
Having the opportunity to work with so many fabulous people in so many different settings and environments doing a job which I love is just a joy and I so it was always the way forward for me.

We are midful that your big day should be about you and your wishes so whether you're looking for a formal sit-down event, casual grazing tables, BBQ, game/hog roast or street food we can offer a choice of all.
GAME AND HOG ROASTS
Whilst a hog roast always goes down a treat we offer an additional dimension by roasting local game such as Venison and game birds or why not try a lamb or Hogget roast? It'll be a day to remember!
