My husband was charged with 2 felony counts in early February 2018. Justin and his assitant Mrs. Allie went above and beyond in helping us navigate our backward and confusing county when the DA office would not give straight answers and had us running in circles. Justin patiently explained the process and broke everything down for us when it finally came to trial in late November 2019. He was able to prove my husbands innocence for 1 charge and even though the jury hung 10-2 (in our favor) for the other Justin was able to work out a plea for a misdemeanor charge on my husbands behalf. Justin is even currently helping us iron out some final details in expunging the original charges from my husbands record. The Olsinski Law Firm did a fantastic with this ticket! I personally felt it was a unfair that I was even given a citation in the first place. But unfortunately bad things do happen and you always need legal representation to make your case!I had to speed to get around a truck that was kicking up rocks and debris in an effort to get around the truck and avoid damage to my car! So I called The Olsinski Law Frim the very next day and started the process. The impression they gave me was they where well prepared and professional right out of the gate! Setting the tone for the rest of my dealings with them! They took all the inconvenience out of a inconvenient situation! I was given a speeding ticket I viewed as unjustified. I was speeding in an effort to pass a truck that was peppering the road and other cars with rocks and debris. So in my defense I hired The Olsinski Law firm they did a wonderful job at mitigating the damage to my driving record and bringing down my charges to just equipment violation.
