The perfect venue for virtually any event.... A restored manor house in stunning ground with amazing views and amazing facilities. Run to perfect efficiency this venue is amazing. I was at this venue for a wedding which was held in the grounds but I could see this event being used for corporate events just as easily..... this is being added to my little black book. More...

They offer a personal touch and are very committed it making your day run smoothly. Attended a wedding here on the 28/10/2017. Wowed by the venue, staff were charming, all was well organized, generally amazing. Negative points ; not enough food for everyone in the evening. Having left for home the next day, within the first hour we had a message , asking us what we had done with one of the pillows . It was obvious to us they suspected we had taken it and it left a very nasty taste in our mouths after such a lovely weekend. Apparently found this morning in the laundry. Attended a Wedding here on the 14/09/17. The venue is beautiful and the staff were very professional and helpful. We stayed overnight in the seaber room. Which was lovely and very spacious with a impressive bathroom. The only thing that I would say they could improve is the lighting when walking back from the marquee to the courtyard rooms as the road is very uneven and there is hardly any lights making it quite treacherous when I walked my mother in law back to her room that night. We visited The Old Hall Ely for a wedding. An absolutely stunning hotel from the inside and out. I stayed in the Cathedral suite which offers a view of the lake at the old hall and Ely cathedral in the distance. The bathroom is huge with a rain shower and big bath tub. The shower gel and shampoo was of high quality. They left 2 water bottles, 2 sets if biscuits and a mixture of teas and coffee for us. I highly recommend this hotel. It's beautiful. The staff were friendly throughout for the wedding and its a great venue for anyone considering it for their special day. More...
