What do you love most about your job?
I love to work with people that desire to make a shift to the better in their lives. What makes me jump out of bed in the morning is the fact that I can assist each and everyone by giving them strategies, exercises and "tools" to eventually help themselves!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As an educator and trainer by trade, I am passionate about helping others to learn, thrive and become a greater version of themselves. As a child, my late father told me: "You will grow up to do great deeds for others and be a tool..." For a long time, I did not know what that meant. Today I do. And I pass on my tools passionately on to others for their growth and betterment.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our facilities have increased hygiene measures, with ongoing sanitizing of the space, wearing shields, masks, gloves and safe physical distancing. Most of our courses, classes and sessions are held online in a safe space, creating the space you need to work through to break through.
