My husband and I had never been to a gym and we thought it'd be great to have someone show us how to strengthen our core the CORRECT way.  Albert is the BEST trainer for us!  He watches us intently to make sure we're doing everything correctly.  He doesn't say do 20 of these and leave.  He WATCHES us, making sure every bit of our body is doing the correct thing.  He knows exactly what to start with, and when to slowly increase the weights or the activity.  I also like that Albert has us working on cardio, arms, thighs, everything!  He has us working on different equipment, too.  This gym is co-owned by Albert and his dad, Mark.  The coaches who work at the gym are very friendly.  As my husband and I warm up on the treadmill before we begin with Albert, we watch the morning boot camp in session and see how everyone is focused on how to better themselves, how they support each other, and observe how Mark teaches, encourages, and monitors each one of them.  You can see a family atmosphere because of how Mark and Albert work with everyone.  One can easily see how Mark, Albert, and others truly care about the people and helping them reach their goals. I've been coming to this gym for almost a year, the coaches are very professional and very uplifting, and they make you feel like family. They teach you the proper technique form to avoid injury. The motivation is unlike no other making it easier to come out of your comfort zone and making the transition easier. Signing up to this gym has been the best decision! Every workout is intense and the trainers Mark, John, and Albert keep you motivated. They not only care about the number on the scale but about our overall well being. Since joining The Next Level my confidence has gone up and thanks to John and Mark, my posture has improved. What I love and is unique about this gym is that they not only care about the number on the scale but they measure your body fat and provide custom made nutrition plans. I've been coming to this gym for my second week now. I absolutely love the boot camp. I've learned formation, how to properly do workouts, and if I am ever struggling there's always a trainer to train and show me then and there. I just completed the 3-week program. I had never worked out with a trainer before, or even stuck to a program for more than 3 weeks. I surprised myself that I could do so much and gotten this far, I never hesitated going to the gym daily. They challenge you with a variety of routines and the coaches are amazing. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to lose weight, don't want to get bored, and are motivated to improve themselves everyday. Good one! More...

The Next Level Gym is amazing! The equipment is top of the line, everything is kept extremely clean, and the trainers are an absolute joy. The bootcamp is wonderful! Everyday that you show up, they have a complete workout set up and ready for you!  It is NOT one of those bootcamps where they just set up stations and leave you on your own to figure out. The trainers come by VERY often and coach you through the workouts and provide words of encouragement and support.The atmosphere is fun and very positive, but they still kick your butt during the workout!! They have a wonderful following of people that regularly attend the bootcamps and they are always willing to help you out. I recommend the Next Level Gym to ALL of my family & friends! More...

If you're looking for a gym that will keep you MOTIVATED, you've found it. If you're looking for a POSITIVE, judgement-free learning environment, you've found it. If you're looking for top grade equipment and the told you need to succeed, you've found it!Albert runs the evening classes and ensures correct and safe posture when pumping that iron. He's creatively enthusiastic and always has a positive attitude that encourages me to believe in myself.Mark (Albert's dad) inspires the morning class and is equally as motivating. Here they truly treat you like family. There are a lot of personal trainers out there that believe the only way to motivate their client is to point out their flaws. Not an the Next Level Gym. if you want to find a place where you don't feel intimidated & see results at the same time, join this gym!!! the trainers here truly make you feel welcomed and offer so much advice and tips on healthy eating and living.   love the variety of classes as it mixes in cardio, weights, ab & leg workouts plus more. also it's a bonus that they have a microwave so you can heat up food for a post workout meal which is a1 :-) been going here for over a year and lovin it!!! I love this gym!! Albert, Mark and John are amazing trainers!I love the environment here! It makes you feel welcomed and the people here are nice! It's been two months since I joined this gym and  it's been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. They truly treat you like you're family everyone is wonderful and supportive and definitely help you stay motivated and stay on track. For me the hardest thing was trying to get back into the habit of working out and making changes to my diet in order to improve my lifestyle. I'm so grateful to have found this place. I'm doing training sessions and going to the classes. I love how each day I'm doing something that doesn't bore me and I definitely break a sweat. I've noticed changes in how my clothes fit and overall working out has totally boosted my confidence. I appreciate Albert, Jake and all the other team members. I feel I'm provided with that individualized attention and support I need to attain my goals of getting lean, toned and physically healthier. More...

This gym makes you feel like family and they genuinely care about your goals! The trainers are there to help you achieve whatever goal you may have! Plus they have amazing bootcamp classes so if you are new or not sure what to do in the gym, it takes the thinking process out and just gives you the absolute best workout! The trainers here care a lot about helping me do the exercises right.  The class format gives you a well-rounded approach, mixing cardio and strength training in a way that make it possible to come every day. Albert, Mark, and the other trainers make the classes high-energy, and they will always check-in individually to make sure I'm protecting myself from injury and getting the maximum benefit.  I have been coming continuously since June, training three, four, and even five days a week.  It's hard work, but I've noticed a strong improvement in how I feel from day to day, and my energy level is way up.  I have better definition in the bathroom mirror, and for 2017 'abs' are within reach. I met Mark and his team over 7 years ago and since then I have been continually impressed by each coach's ability to commit to each client thru an effective program. I have lived in NYC and Orange County where I tried group classes at elite boutique gyms, but none of them come close to the services that the next level gym offers. The weekly schedule that includes exhausting one muscle group each week (instead of a full-body workout in one class) + the dynamic, tailored nutrition plan and the invaluable coaching along the way, make it the most effective program/gym I have ever belonged to. The battle continues as does the achievements! I'm now doing triathlons and have placed 1st and 2nd in a few small ones.  I continue to train at the Next Level Gym 2 days a week to build up my body core.  Although Running,  cycling and swimming are my primary workouts.  Lowest weight has been 185lbs when completing the St. George 1/2 Ironman in may 2015.  I have 6 triathlons planned for 2016 More...

Going to the Next Level Gym has been a very rewarding experience! The trainers keep it real with you, push you to new levels, and help you accomplish your ideal goals. My daughter (Fallon) found this gym online and we decided to try it out!  This was 5 years ago and we have been members since!  The trainers (Jessica) and owners (Mark & Albert) are awesome!!!! I love, love, love to work out here!  I work out with my husband (Rob) and children (Fallon & Lizz) 4 times a week.  I even got my sister(Virg) and her husband(Will) and son(Matt) to join us.  The classes are always different and challenging!  (Especially Mark's Park!)  We've made lots of friends here at this gym and now have become our TNL family! (Tan,Ken,Ron,Rowena,Hector,Cindy,Fanny,Michelle,Emmet,Anna,Ngyuen,Garret...just to name a few)   We've been members of other large gyms before and never went.  This has been a life long membership and has changed our lives.  I've been able to maintain my weight and still be able to eat guilt free. The Next Level is as good as it gets when it comes to the gym!I love the fact that the trainers pay extra attention to the proper form and techniques and make sure you are preventing an injury  and getting the most of your workouts. They take the time to explain the workouts and provide clarification if needed making sure you understand what the workout entails and also building your confidence to be able to use the knowledge acquired on your own when needed. TNL is a supportive and positive atmosphere, great place for you to improve and continue learning about wellness and fitness. They also provide with a personalized meal plan and welcome you to bring in your own and modify it for you if needed. If you are a beginner they will modify your workouts and meal plans to any fitness level, still keeping you challenged at all times. Every workout is different, I promise you will never get bored! I have been attending Mark's bootcamp classes for about 6 months now and I have to say it is a great workout and I love feeling the muscles on my body that were previously not there. I have more energy, I am stronger and can do some of the exercises I was not able to do when I first started. Mark makes the class so much fun and you can tell he really cares about his students and has a true passion for teaching. I joined this gym because everytime I joined 24 hour or LA Fitness, I was unmotivated to get any consistentcy.  This boot camp style gym is the perfect solution for me.  The coaches are great, the people are friendly and the work outs are fun. I know that sounds odd but they mix up the work outs to keep it interesting.  I go 3-4 times a week and it is always a great work out.  Thumbs up! More...

I actually LOVE going to the gym now!Next level gym is really the ideal place to work out.  I've been attending the indoor boot camp that is run by Mark Haro.  I've done other boot camp and kickboxing and zumba classes but i get bored pretty quickly and stop going. But so far, after a few months this one is still challenging and different each and every time. More importantly, the trainers are all motivating and encouraging, they actually know you by name and you feel accountable.  Other places you're just a paying customer, and once you pay, they forget all about customer service, but here they really get invested in wanting you to feel better and achieve your goals.   They have a very good nutrition plan - a reasonable one with normal foods - not all egg whites and nasty protein shakes.  He also does actual caliper measurements to measure your level of body fat.  Which even though painful is motivating.  Sometimes the scale doesn't change but seeing those percentages move as you change your body from gooey fat to toned muscle is better than anything.  Very happy client - i think i finally have found a home after bouncing around from class to class and from gym to gym.  Thank you Mark, Albert and Marissa! Signing up for Next Level has been the best decision I have ever made. Mark is an amazing motivator and health educator, I know I can trust him. You are initially measured and weighed in in order to create the best nutrition plan for your needs. The classes will kick your butt and you will see a difference in your body the first two weeks. Ive been to many gyms, but this is by far the best gym ive ever been too! I only went during the summer with some friends and took the 10am classes with Mark and they were all intense. The classes were never boring! Each class session we would last an hour and each would focus on different areas of our body and after every class I felt great about myself. Some classes would be more challenging than others, but it was all worth it! Mark is a great trainer and really encourage the class to continue coming and not give up on our health and image! I have been training with Mark Haro at Chino Hills Indoor Boot Camp for 10 weeks. During that time I've lost a total of 13 pounds, gained 6 pounds of muscle while losing 10 pounds of fat. Having worked out in gyms for over 32 years I have never achieved results so quickly. Mark's multiple tiered approach combines resistance training with aerobic conditioning and proper nutrition. What's even more amazing is my recent blood results show that I'm no longer a borderline diabetic or have high cholesterol. I'm getting married on Oct. 1st and I needed to trim down and look good FAST!!!Around June, I originally made the mistake of going to Fitness Concepts which is also located in Chino, but that place has such a horrible ($dollar sign$) vibe and they about killed me just in the original consult. ....AFTER I told them I hadn't worked out in like two years, they didn't care.  Afterwards, every muscle in my body was screaming with pain, I couldn't walk or sit without making funny faces or swearing like a sailor for a whole week.  But THE NEXT LEVEL GYM is different.  After my horrid experience at the other facility, I logged onto yelp and typed in Personal Trainer and it gave me two results.  Two locations that were quite close to each other in fact.  I ended up closing my eyes and just pointed my finger to see which one it landed on, ok not really, but I decided on NEXT LEVEL. I called the place up and got Albert on the phone.  He was friendly, courteous and just gave a relaxed vibe, told me to come on down to the gym when I can and we'll take it from there.And that's exactly what I did.  After visiting the place just once, I forked over the big bucks for a 3-month (36 sessions) one-on-one personal training with Albert.   He totally understood what I was capable of and never pushed me beyond my limits.  After the first few sessions, I was sore and achy but was never out of commission.  It was a pleasant feeling knowing that you were putting your body to the work, and the soreness was just letting you know that.  (It was NOT the screaming pain from before where my body was pissed off and wanted to know WTF I did to it!)Albert also provided me with a nutrition plan to help me w/ my eating.  At the beginning, he even had me take photos of my food to text it to him.  Maybe he didn't trust me?!?!Now it's almost the end of the 3-months.  Originally, I was just going to stop there but now I want to keep going!!!  I feel great now, my clothes fit me so much better now, my fiance drools over my legs, all my friends and family say I look like I've lost so much weight!  But I really only lost just a few pounds.  To me, it's not about the number though, it's about how my body feels and looks.  I eat healthier and I look more comfortable and happier with myself.  And the bonus is that I will fit my wedding dress perfectly!!!  I didn't even need to make alterations to it.  Now I'm just worried I'm going to lose too much and the dress will be too big!  AHHHH!!!!I like going here because I lack the discipline to go to a public gym on my own and I also get bored easily.  NEXT LEVEL keeps me motivated to go because I actually see results on a weekly basis.  They also offer boot camp classes taught by Albert's Dad, Mark and some other smaller group training  w/ his younger bro, Nate.  I'm not comfortable with Boot Camp classes because I don't play well with others, so it's just the one-on-one for me.  But I love watching the classes, people watching amuses me.My Stats: (I know, it doesn't look like much....but it's enough for me)                                       Orig 5/25          As of 8/16              CHANGESWEIGHT:                    162.80 lbs       155.00 lbs            -7.80 lbsLEAN BODY MASS:  104.68 lbs       115.80 lbs            11.13 lbsFAT BODY MASS:      58.12 lbs         39.20 lbs             -18.93 lbsBODY FAT %:              35.70%            25.29%               -10.41 % More...

You won't find a more passionate trainer than Mark! The training is always challenging and his nutritional program is flexible and one you can stick with for life. Don't let the laid back attitude fool you into thinking the workouts are easy! You will be challenged and you will get in the best shape of your life. No workouts are ever the same. I started with Mark a year ago...having never worked out consistently. He educated me on the proper form to lift weights, taught me all about nutrition and consistently holds you accountable to changing your life. His positive spirit and undeniable passion for fitness is apparent. The Next level offers a fantastic value!  It is a medium-sized private gym located in a small, but convenient industrial strip.  The equipment is great.  The owner, Mark, has provided a wide range of weights, machines, cardio equipment, boxing equipment, and unique pliometric stuff---enough to keep even the most spoiled gym rat satisfied!  The vibe here is warm and friendly.  The staff is friendly and attentive, but not overbearing at all!  The best thing the gym has to offer is the Boot Camp class!  What a great find!  Mark pours his heart and soul into creating challenging work-outs that keep us motivated and interested.  The Boot Camp is the perfect mix of individualized attention (Mark makes sure each and every one of us is practicing correct form) in a class setting.  There is just enough interaction to keep you on your toes (and not slacking), without it being annoying or over-bearing.  Mark will also help create an individual eating plan for you, and monitor your progress with weight and BMI measurements.  I love this program!  The Next Level Gym offers something for everyone (regardless of age, physical ability, or gender).
