What do you love most about your job?
Well this is a difficult question!!
I am 'happy' in the knowledge that no two days are ever the same andI never know where I could possibly end up at the end of the day. As my work centres around a variety of clients, all with their own unique issues, I am happy that I can be at the end of the phone at a time when, they need someone who is totally independent of whatever it is they are going through and, whilst I am always happy to provide advice and assistance, I am happy that I known nothing about when, where or what time, I 'may' finish work at the end of the day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to carry on putting my knowledge, professionalism and experience to something positive rather than simply 'clock-punching' and watching my life simply 'survive' the general rat race whilst filling the pockets of business people who neither care for - or reward their 'loyal' employees.
Also, being able to start and finish work when I wanted to along with deciding 'who' I worked for was high on the board of reasons to be 'inspired'
Why should our clients choose you?
Our clients have chosen our company because we don't waste money on high maintainence 'corporate' looking offices with a multitude of unnecessary admininstration or support staff and therefore, we manage to keep our fees to a very reasonable and cost effective rate. Most of our agents work from their own 'home offices' and are in regular contact with the business, usually on a daily basis, which gives them the flexibility to work their business and family responsibilities effectively.
Having our operatives working from their own home offices works well for all concerned - and especially our clients, as we usually have an operative within 50 miles of the major UK cities, road, rail, sea and air services and can instruct the closest opertive on any case requiring our attention
