The entire team at the Natural Tent Company were fantastic from start to finish! They invited us along to see a Tipi set up for an event so we could get a feel for what our day would be like, they were always very available and communicative when we had questions, and they were unfailingly friendly and easy to work with. They also volunteered several times to liaise with our other suppliers (e.g. caterers, band, venue etc.) to make sure they had everything they needed, which was incredibly helpful.On the day of the Tipi build it was absolutely tipping it down with rain and they just got on with it and never once complained.Finally, the Tipis themselves are fantastic and bring something a little different to what you get with a marquee.I would definitely recommend the Natural Tent Company for your big event! The Natural Tent Company provided tipis for our wedding in June 2018 and every step of the process was an absolute pleasure. Having met Mark at an event more than a year in advance, his expertise and knowledge, along with his honest approach left us in no doubt as to which company we should go with. Ignoring the cost (TNT Co. were considerably cheaper than local and national competitors), the flexible options presented to us meant we could create the event we wished to create, without compromise. An almost immediate site visit was greatly appreciated and showed the company’s commitment to their customer. Over the course of the next 18 months, Mark’s support in answering questions (seemingly millions of them- sorry!) and assisting with additional services (toilets/generator etc) ensured a significant part of our big day was without worry.Come the event itself, the team’s prompt arrival and professional approach were outstanding. In particular, Matt’s friendly approach, regular communication and accommodation for our needs was fantastic. The team ensured everything was perfect before they left the site and what they had produced contributed immeasurably to the truly magical, festival-style wedding reception we were looking for. The tipis were everything we hoped for and more!Overall, a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to recommend The Natural Tent Company to anyone requiring tipis for an alternative outdoor event. Chris and team at The Natural Tent Company did an absolutely fantastic job for our corporate event. They were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the whole process and were very professional. Matt, Paul and the team were completely great in the whole process from our first e-mail, to the site visit and the wedding itself. The weather was terrible on the day of our wedding but the teepees gave a such a snug effect that it couldn't have mattered less! I would highly recommend The Natural Tent Company to anyone looking to hire these beautiful Scandinavian style tipis for their Wedding or any other event. They are just stunning! The guys at TNTC were absolutely lovely, very professional and trustworthy and went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure our day went smoothly. The tipis were beautiful and well maintained and we had no issues with them, whatsoever. We had them set up in the field behind our family home for our Wedding reception in NW London and these tipis were just the perfect addition to our relaxed Scandinavian summer wedding. TNTC came to visit the site before we signed any contracts to make sure it was suitable for the tipis, they were extremely flexible and a great team to work with. We loved having the Tipi's at our wedding! We went for the three giant hat package with the chill out tent attached. We had 75 guests in the day and 120 in the evening and there was more than enough room.
Matt and the team were very helpful at every stage.
We had a lot of rain over our weekend and one of the tipis required a small adjustment to the flaps at the top. TNTC sent someone immediately to remedy the situation with no fuss at all.

We had a single tipi from the Natural Tent Company as an entertainment venue for the St Albans Christmas Market. I can't fault the company or the kit. The team went out of their way to give us exactly what we needed and wiith the addition of a few twinkly lights the space felt truly Christmassy. We encountered 2 periods of bad weather - one with high winds and then a very heavy snow fall and they were on site before we had a chance to call ensuring that all was well.
