Hi, My name is Paulina, The Naked Coach.
As a Naked Coach my power comes in part from a willingness just to be myself. I am honest, open-minded and I show my clients who I really am. The only way we can achieve success together is when you are the same. I go back to basics with my clients and help you to strip all the layers and protective masks that many of us wear. These masks and fake personas are created by expectations from the work environment, family and society.

I started my coaching and mentoring journey about 12 years ago. I was fortunate to have a line manager/coach who believed in me and supported me to understand what I am really passionate about and what my talents are.
When later I had my own team I discovered that many of my colleagues had no idea what they really wanted to do or how to do it. Developing and coaching them was for me an extraordinary experience. It was the time that I finally realised that helping other people and see them being successful and happy is what I want to do in life. In each diverse individual, I could see the potential and their different strengths.

When I moved to a different city I was given an opportunity to manage two teams with over 50 employees from different countries. I had to figure out how to build one team and how to support everyone equally. I coached, mentored and trained apprentices, agents, leaders and managers who are now successful and who said I made an impact on their lives and careers. I shifted the culture, increased business performance and employee motivation.
I finished CIPD in Organisational Coaching and Change Management and Transformative Coaching: Enabling Sustainable Change. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation
After leaving the corporate life I decided to devote my career to coaching and mentoring others Utilizing my experience in cross-border team development and training.
I now believe my forte is Leadership development, Cross-cultural coaching, Team and Career development, Employee engagement, Team management, Managing change, Performance management, Feedback and Appraisals.
