Justin has the knowledge and dedication to take anyone to the next level! He has provided me with lots of insight into various training methods which has helped me increase my levels of training even as a civilian. He knows what’s up. Justin has found a niche in the crowded fitness area. His experience really shines as he has something to teach anyone.. .from a beginner to an athlete. His programming is far superior and more dynamic than other gyms out there who program a “one for all.” Those programs typically results in injury and frustration.
