The Mortgage Broker Ltd gave us excellent service: we are 'quite old' , but hey managed to find us a really good short term mortgage deal which couldn't be found elsewhere. They were also brilliant at finding us a life insurance policy which does exactly what we want without costing the earth. These services are the most important aspect of their work, of course. However, we were even more impressed by their friendly, supportive manner throughout. We had some problems along the way, but everyone we had dealings with was super helpful and committed to see us through them. We ended up with excellent financial products and as well as this, the feeling that we were 'real people' as far as the company was concerned. The Mortgage Broker are amazing! Caroline my Mortgage Advisor was just brilliant, so much confident and knowledge. I would always use Caroline for my mortgage matters. Caroline's PA Julie was so much help, she answered all of our questions promptly and and kept us in the loop with everything. Ryan my Protection Adviser was great, he helped me pick out the best cover and was very prompt in keeping me updated. Kay our Insurance Adviser who set up our buildings and contents insurance was brilliant and opened up a policy for us quickly. Where do we start? Amazing. Alastair has been amazing from start to finish. We applied for a mortgage with one of us holding a very bad credit score. 2 weeks later and we have a mortgage offer and fingers crossed not long until we move into our first home. We will genuinely miss Alastair when this is all over he has become more of a friend than a service you pay for and I will miss the conversations on the phone. Exceptionally easy to deal with and talk to, no question is too silly. Was replying to our emails at silly o clock and even kept us updated outside normal working hours. Alastair genuinely cares, he does anything and everything to help you, he could make more money finding you a higher interest rate but still made sure he found us the lowest, he has a heart of gold and we will not hesitate to remortgage with him when the time comes. These guys are amazing! We had a really tough assignment - big LTV, sizeable advance, financing a build project, both applicants in new jobs without the usual 3 months of payslips. ... Nicola and the team worked wonders in securing an offer with the Halifax, who were our third lender after the previous two queried aspects of our build and employment. We always struggle renewing a mortgage and it's always painful and not very rewarding.We dealt with Caroline who really got to know us and our situation. She has gone far beyond that extra mile for us and really worked on our behalf to liaise with lenders personally explaining our situation and has now secured us a mortgage. Amazing first class service, Claire jumped through hoops to get me a mortgage with a good rate something that previous to contacting the Mortgage Broker I thought I could do myself but it proved too stressful and unsuccessful. Nadine and Sarah have been absolutely amazing. I'd always been sceptical of what a mortgage broker could do for me, thinking I could get just as good a mortgage deal by myself by searching online. But I couldn't have been more wrong. Nadine's knowledge of the market was invaluable in finding the right mortgages for us, she and Sarah both worked incredibly hard. At the last minute, our lender of choice brought out a new product without any arrangement fees, and Nadine spotted this, switched our product after the survey had been done and saved us £4,000! Once the applications were submitted, Sarah chased the lenders literally every day and sent us an email every day updating us on progress. We never once felt the need to call them to ask what was going on, and I am a very impatient person.

Lee has been absolutely fantastic. We rather spontaneously decided to move after finding our ‘perfect’ house. We were in a tricky situation as I was on maternity leave and a fixed term contract with less than 6 months left to run, with a new job starting in more than 3 months. By some miracle Lee found us a lender who was prepared to lend us enough and at a good rate. Throughout the process he has been fantastic at communicating and keeping us updated. Get your personal broker from them. They will get the best deal for you. If there is only one bank in the whole world one can be rest assured that the application is in the right hands. Not just they will find the right lender for you they will also stay with you throughout the whole journey. I had 28 days to get to the exhange of contract stage, and I after two weeks of getting nowhere, it was partially my fault, I had contacted these guys for general advice and it was the best decision in my last 5 years or so. Bang, I had changed my old broker right away, 8 days later I got the offer and the vendor is now happy, the time you are reading this I would have probably moved in to our new home.
