What do you love most about your job?
My job is flexible, I meet great people and see them improve their situations, I get to know some of them quite well; everything about my job is about self-improvement. The better we are as individuals, the better our world is around us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own business evolved from starting out as a dance teacher/choreographer and exercise instructor then personal trainer; people asked me to train them; they had issues that I learnt how to help them with. After doing lots of courses over some decades, I rebranded myself as The Mind Body and Soul Coach.
