We had our daughters birthday party in the ark and had the train trip included too from start to finish was a great day and well ran samantha was very helpful and looked after everything for us all the kids and adults really enjoyed the day

Brought my nieces and nephews to the Christmas Train and to see Santa last year, it was fantastic. Also visited the cafe last week had amazing food and lovely coffee. Can't wait to bring the family again this year for Santa More...

brilliant day out for children Teddy Bear picnic great Value enjoyable experience all round. price included Teddy bear train ride picnic with cookie water and an apple also a voucher for ice cream, feed the geese and great show. lovely play ground. will be back.

Had a lovely play out at the playground today but it would appear some parents don't feel their children should be supervised, some very aggressive behaviour form an older group of children who's mothers were inside the premises, lots of parents not happy with the atmosphere those children put into the playground today.

The Teddy Bear Picnic is such a great idea however wasnt executed as well as was expected. The complete experience was 40 minutes which wasnt anywhere near enough time to properly enjoy it. Everything was very rushed... making the bears, feeding the geese and just being dropped at the picnic at the end... great idea but the time allowed most certainly needs to be reviewed! More...

We had khloe s birthday party today in the new “ ark indoor play center “ it was brilliant the service was excellent and friendly atmosphere the play area is amazing and the food was delicious well done to James and all the staff with this new addition to the Rathwood experience thanks for a fantastic day. Just home from Rathwood Santa Train. This is our third year attending and honestly cannot recommend it enough. It gets better every year. Huge respect for all the creativity and work ethic that goes into the planning each year . The elves this evening were absolutely amazing and were fantastic with the kids .
