As a Recruitment Consultancy we had been aware for some time that we needed to improve our presence across social media platforms, yet as none of our team were particularly savvy when it came to social media we turned to Media Snug for some much needed guidance! The introductory course not only covered all the principals of social media, but it was conveyed in way which we could understand and in a fun and relaxed environment. Not only did we cover the theory but we were also able to apply the training to our business in real time and by the end of the session had established a new presence across Instagram, Facebook and had agreed on the content we should be positing across Twitter and LinkedIn. We also have a social media marketing plan for the remainder of the year and had set up an account with Canva, a graphic design tool…pretty impressive given our starting point! It was also really pleasing to note that Zena had taken the time to research our company and was able to demonstrate an awareness of the recruitment industry and apply this knowledge to the content we were being taught. We were all delighted with Media Snug and would highly recommend their services to any business that is setting out on their social media journey.
