No ability to change or cancel a booking.

Only means of communication is via email or contact page on website (which sends an email anyway)

They do not read or respond to emails and telephone contact is worse than useless

I have previously tried out a therapist from TheMassageRooms in Kensington and this time I was staying with AirBnb in Chelsea, so thought I will try them again. Good points:- Therapist was on time - Therapist was friendly- Therapist knew how to massage (very well!)- A nice quality oil was used- Massage lasted the full 90 minutes (actually I think I got a few mins more)Bad points:- I did not like the music she played (and couldn't play my own as was in an AirBnb flat)- She recommended I book again for next week because of the tightness in my legs, but I don't like to be sold further services, so felt a little pushy. If I want another massage, I would book her, but I am not sure when so I would like to make my own decision. More...

Used the massage rooms london massage the other day and was very pleased to see that i got a text confirmation after booking, my therapist arrived on time (well sort of  actually she was 3 minutes late actually but she told me in advance that she might be 5 minutes late), did a EXCELLENT deep tissue massage (especially on my left shoulder which has been paining me for months until now) and only cost me £65. All in all, I am pleased I booked and I would book again. Next time I will use my own oil though, because I prefer honey and grapseed scented oil which the therapist did not have. X More...

Coolio! Played soccer last week  yes was WAY too cold for it  and stretched my hamstring a bit. Found this place online and booked and was very pleased with the result. Totally professional, even had branded oils, and worked good and proper well deep into my hams.
