Burke Expectations
The customer service at this store could use some help. There was one Latin American girl who approached me with good customer service but the manager was just plain rude. I walked into the store moments after an older white woman and the manager left from behind the counter, walked over to her and welcomed her into the store while completely ignoring my presence. I assume she decided that the older white woman would spend more on anti aging products than I would but none the less she ignored me. It is unfortunate that people in customer service are so blatantly discriminatory. I will not purchase from this location. I wish there was a way to review the sAles person and the store manager Taylor separately. More...

I would only ever have the owner Rick work on me as he's very good. Simple work completed by his colleague Sarah was way below standard even for a simple design. First job of the day, she had the shakes for one reason or another (?) & The resulting work had to be redone by another outlet, it was very 'hit n miss' with simple straight lines being wobbly.
