I contacted Jemma with regards to a specific treatment. Jemma’s knowledge and passion made me feel at ease immediately. After a lot of questions from me which Jemma answered I was booked in! Jemma was welcoming from the moment I arrived. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me so that I was fully informed about before, during and what to expect after my treatment. What can I say other than how fantastic Jemma is and what she has done to make my lips look so fabulous. I was always conscious that my top lip didn’t quite match the bottom one. Jemma worked her magic with her pen and created something I’ve always wanted, pain and needle free. My lips finally match each other with such a natural look. Jemma gave a lovely warm welcome and the treatment room is beautiful.

So relaxing and tranquil, I had the brightening facial, it was an amazing experience, scented candles, gentle zen music playing and the products are beautiful .

Due to my job my back and neck can get very tense. I had a hot stone massage, mainly for relaxation, but after the massage the ache in my shoulder subsided and felt looser and lighter. A few weeks has passed and my shoulder still feels great. Jemma was very friendly, listened to everything I had to say and made me feel at ease. The room is beautiful and the set up relaxing.
