I highly recommend Alex, she has helped me with recalling my dog Lola who loves to run off. When Lola runs off I struggled to get her to come back but I now follow Alex's advice and Lola soon comes running back to me. My Lab Marley absolutely adores Alex, she is so lovely and always as happy to see him as he is to see her! Alex is very reliable and often has Marley out a lot longer than She is paid to so he comes home worn out and sleeps like a baby Marley is Raw fed which we are quite new to so Alex has also been a great help advising us on his nutritional needs and is always on hand to offer advise and support. Alex is such a fab dog walker. Darcey my cocker spaniel pup loves her. Alex is reliable, friendly, and provides a fantastic service for the dogs and their owners. They go on fab walks all over the place and are certainly worn out once home! When we tell our dog that she is going to see Alex she goes and stands by the door – desperate to go and see her ‘now’! This is indicative of how much she loves being with Alex and simply means we have total confidence that she will be happy when she is with her. Knowing that our beloved pet is in such safe and reliable hands with Alexandra is so comforting. I researched very carefully before deciding who to trust and found that Alexandra even gained a 'distinction' in her qualification as a 'dog behaviourist'. Alex is not only completely reliable and trustworthy but she is also adored by my dog Belle, and sometimes I think Belle might even love her more than she loves me! Alex is fantastic! I can't thank her enough! Met her today with my anxious and aggressive dog Angus, and she handled him brilliantly! No eye contact, talking to him briefly and treating him, and it worked wonders! It's so nice to be able to talk to someone who understands not all dogs come with pink bows and perfect labels! I was so nervous to meet her, as I worry Angus and myself will be judged, which was far from it, Alex is an understanding and compassionate dog lover. Our pup Rufus was developing an aggressive behavior at the garden gate and scaring passers-by. Alex gave us some really helpful tips about how to snap him out of this and now, with a little work, he is so much better!!

I have used Alex on a number of occassions now and she is brilliant! Whether it's walking, behaviour issues or dog socialising, I can not thank Alex enough for the time that she looked after my Cavalier King Charles, Rupert. He has only just turned 1, and not brilliant off the lead and I asked Alex to keep him on a lead and Alex made sure he was involved when others were off their leads, which made me feel he was included with the others. Oh and if your worried about your pup, don't panic, uploaded videos of your pups playing are available via Face Book which I loved (looking at when I was at work!!!). Alex has only been walking our Labrador retriever Max for about a month, but the improvement in his behaviour around other dogs has been jaw-dropping. He is a big, two and a half year old whose exuberance is hard to contain, but after being out with Alex and the gang he's a much calmer character. On a trip last week to Bristol we were able to have a civilised al fresco lunch date with all of our family, surrounded by the general public, and Max was beautifully behaved. We can't rate Alex highly enough and recommend her thoroughly. She's a permanent fixture in Max's appointment diary from now on! More...

Alex came and met my springer puppy Hugo, I was at my wits end with his nippy behaviour. She was absolutely fantastic gave me the best advice about his nipping, his diet and much more. Alex adores my two Labradors, Macks and Angus, as much as they adore her, and her fantastic adventures with them. In a busy household, there are days when getting to walk my boys is difficult as we juggle work life balance, but I have always been able to turn to Alex to get us through those days, and know my boys have been loved and walked. They too enjoy being socialised with other dogs, and their behaviour (especially Macks, a nutty chocolate.....) has benefitted no end. Sasha loves the Malvern Dog Walker - and that shows me how good she is! She is always happily tired when she comes home after her fun. UPDATE TO REVIEW : The above review was written in 2015 and the fact that we are still really happy that Alex continues to take Sasha for her weekly adventures should mean a lot to anyone reading the review! Alex is Sasha's favourite person in all the world. I will try to attach a photo in the comments to show how excited Sasha gets when she is waiting for Alex to turn up. All we do is say "Where's Alex?" and Sasha rushes to look out of the window, quivering in anticipation. The Malvern Dog Walker has been walking Bobby for 4 years and has dramatically changed my Labrador from a boisterous, hard to walk dog to a really well behaved, well socialised dog .
