HIRE THESE LADIES! you will not be disappointed! I have had my house cleaned by "the maids" twice now and both times i was absolutely amazed at how thorough, professional, and friendly they are! I usually don't hire a cleaning service but my house was a disaster and i needed it to look good for visitors during the holidays, the maids were able to accommodate my schedule and were very easy to work with! the cleaning of the entire house (including inside the fridge, the bathrooms, i mean you cant find a spot these ladies didn't clean) took approximately two hours, with a team of 4 or 5 thats like 10 hours of cleaning! and it shows! I don't often have 5 cute girls in my house but they went out of there way to make sure i didn't feel intruded upon! i can not recommend this service enough! thank you blue team, and thank you Yadira! I work here at The Maids for 4 years now what can I say...I love it!!!! I never saw myself working cleaning home coming from working at fast food places and plant nursery. I go to homes and feel like we are not only cleaning but helping people by taking care of their cleaning tasks at home. I was happy with the service. They are thorough although expensive.  $165/hr and in a 2 hour period it's difficult to get a deep clean.  I can't justify $500 to get invoiced 3 hours.  Floors were vacuumed and sprayed with wood cleaner and wiped down. I used them for a move out clean in a house in SoDo. The entire process was wonderful. They gave an accurate estimate and were available to clean the week before Christmas. The customer service was fantastic. Most importantly, they did an amazing job with the clean. I had an investment property in Orlando. I am out state female, my parents, in their 80's, but highly functional, met the maids. They misquoted on the phone. The scamming began as soon as they got in the door and saw my parent's age. The quote magically doubled. Then the two maids started working in sloooooow motion. They wanted extra for this, extra for that and "We don't do windows." My parents kept calling me, "One maid is on the phone, the other is barely working." I called the central office to complain, and they did nothing. I had them kicked out at the hour mark, and asked mt credit card company to dispute charges. We have been using this service for nearly two years now and we've been extremely happy. They are communicative and reliable and we feel absolutely secure with each of the clean teams (although we're partial to our Blue Team). The price point is a tad higher than other ones we shopped, but you really get what you pay for. Our house literally gleams from every corner when they're done. It's like magic. We have been using them for two years now and in addition to the excellent work they do on our home, they are communicative and reliable --- which is great if you have someone (or two) who work from home. I would also like to mention how well they handle pets. We have an escape artist cat and they come in and out in a way that never even gives him a shot. They know how to handle that business! And the cats are never freaked out by their having been there, which tells us all we need to know. Would and have highly recommended. I was happy that Yelp sent me an invitation to review a few companies that I use, one being The Maids. The Maids offer five star cleaning services without a doubt. The most thorough cleaning that my property has ever had. I have a short term rental house that I use for hosting people with temporary residential needs. There was a traveling children's physician that was working for three weeks for Florida hospital and he brought a service assistance dog with him. Being that the dog was a German Shepherd there was dog hair and signs of the dog in the house that had to come out and I was having little luck progressing with the job as it seemed to be never ending. Dog hair was everywhere across the hard wood floors, under the beds, everywhere.  The Maids brought the right equipment and the right people to thoroughly clean the house and it was spotless, smelled clean and there was not a single dog hair to be found anywhere. I now use The Maids to clean both of my temporary residential rental houses as they save me time that is valuable to my real job and they are so thorough that I get five star reviews on Airbnb for cleanliness from all of the guests that stay in the houses. This place is a godsend!!! I hate cleaning, but can never find a reliable company that treats me well. Not only do they clean spectacularly, the girls are so nice and pleasant. I do not know what Toni S's problem was, probably didn't want to pay for the level of work that they do. I don't know what contract she is talking about, I never had any contract. The owners, it is a family I think, were very nice and always worked with me when I had a scheduling problem or emergency. I can't say enough great things about this company. Customer for life!
