I have admired and seen Megan's excellent work now from afar, (her book is excellent, Start Here: 7 Easy, Diet-Free Steps to Achieve Your Ultimate Health and Happiness), from knowing other extremely satisfied clients and from using her personally to come alongside me. MEGAN IS A GEM! She cares so much about meeting each client's needs and she recognizes that her counsel will differ depending on the client. She tailors her wisdom to fit you and your lifestyle. She is so incredibly smart, crazy knowledgeable, listens well and is unusually approachable. Megan makes you feel comfortable and safe from the start. I am a fitness professional and she has made a huge impact on my mindset, taking my game to the next level and helping me make some needed changes. Whether you need a major overhual or some tweaking, do yourself a favor and contact Megan. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I signed up for health coaching and nutritional counseling with Megan to lose weight......(the most expensive plan she has) I did not
lose 1 pound... She has great credentials but she doesn't know what she's doing.... you can do better on your own. She does not deliver.... a total waste of money. :(

Megan is absolutely wonderful and is a great coach! She is really passionate about healthy eating, fitness and helping others to find something that works best with their lifestyle. She really cares about her customers and will go above and beyond to make sure she is helping each person in the best way possible! Before meeting Megan, I hated running, and now I run 2-3 times/week and have actually started to enjoy it! I am also much more careful about my eating. I would strongly recommend Megan & The Lyons' Share Wellness to everyone!

Love Megan! She is fantastic! The biggest benefit to her program is overall feeling better. Feeling healthier, having more energy. I’ve also really enjoyed trying new types of foods and snacks. She makes you feel very comfortable and has such a flexible schedule. She makes it so easy to stay on track!

I participated in Megan’s 2 week spring reset and I am so happy that I did. The results were great! I was full of energy and felt great about myself. During the reset I started my day with a cleansing beverage in the morning and then created meals from her recommended list. Megan provided meal options for vegans and vegetarians which was fantastic. You can tell Megan is extremely passionate about what she does. Anytime I had a question, Megan would promptly respond. I highly recommend Megan as a health coach.

I would recommend The Lyons’ Share Wellness Health Coaching to anyone who needs some motivation, accountability or education around health and wellness. Megan is able to answer questions regarding how different activities and foods impact your body as well as tailor her motivation and plans around your lifestyle. She does not take an all or nothing approach which can lead to failure and/or guilt. Instead she focuses on the positive and how the changes are impacting your health and well being. She is very good at offering solutions to adopting healthy habits. Instead of just saying, drink more water she provides reminders and ways to more easily incorporate the behavior. For example, mark your cup each time you finish a glass and see if you can increase it a little bit each day, lay out coins on your desk and put one in a jar each time you drink a glass, etc. I participated in The Spring Reset and was surprised to see/feel how one small change could jump start other healthy habits. By reducing the amount of processed sugar I consumed, I had more energy throughout the day which motivated me to get outside and exercise, which in turn helped me sleep better and feel refreshed in the morning. It eliminated my need for caffeine in the morning and throughout the day. Working with The Lyons’ Share Wellness has provided me more awareness about the big picture of a healthy lifestyle and what that means personally for me during my busy travel and work schedules.
