So disappointed in my meal today. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The menu said steak and chicken sandwiches come with chips. I got no chips and was told that my choice did not qualify to come with chips. Does the Philly cheese STEAK not qualify as a steak sandwich? The sandwich was also very salty and the cheese was nothing like advertised. The cheese was tasteless and gloopy. Also quite disappointed that they don't have any basic cold drinks for sale either like Coke, Fanta etc. Nothing special about this place unfortunately. Problem Mkhize road branch. More...

We ordered ifthaar for my sisters birthday this past week. We are going were more than pleasantly surprised with the amazing quality, but good quantity and absolutely awesome service we received ? ???????????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not only did Amina and Hassan go out of their way to ensure we received our meals hot and fresh just before ifthaar but Amina added a few extra treats as a surprise too. I was also over 35 minuets late to collect our order and yet Amina arranged for someone to be available just before ifthaar as well to ensure we got our food. They had closed and so not having cash on me and unable to use my debit card by then, I panicked a bit. Amina was so kind to allow me to pay her via eft later that evening and yet still take our food with. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. We thank you to both of you. The lunch box closes at 8pm but refuses to take an order at 10 past 7. The guy that worked at the counter was extremely abrupt in front of other customers as well!!

This was my first time going to buy from the lunch box and I received the worst service ever. The guy at the counter was having issues with the staff from the kitchen. Well it did not bother me as I just wanted a menu as my wife was In the car with our baby who was sleeping this was before 6pm about 5:51 to be exact. Anyway he told me to take a picture which I did. Went to my car go get my wife order got back inside the shop to place our order. As I started to get place my order he stopped me and told me he is not taking any orders. If your doors close at 6 and I came in after 6 I would understand. But you cannot refuse a customer who came in before time. Bad business ethics More...
