Avoid. This place has the weirdest vibe around money - they don't tell you prices and try to hide prices from you. They act offended when you ask or question the price of anything. I did a consultation and as I was booking my appointment and leaving (after the consultation w doctor - in which she quickly mumbled the price at the very end), the desk-person told me I had to buy their skincare products before I could book the appointment. I said I've done these kinds of skincare treatments many times before and don't need any new products at home (it's a facewash they make you buy for around a hundred pounds). The doctor then came out and confirmed I have to buy it before the appointment - I told them both it was weird they didn't mention that in my consultation when they went over costs. I then asked the doctor to confirm the final cost of my appointment and assure me that I don't need to purchase any additional products from them - she confirmed. The day I did my treatment, I went to pay and it was 100pounds more than I was told. I raised this issue, and the desk-person said it was because the moisturizer I needed was another 90 pounds. I asked 1) why she's charging me an extra hundred if it's 90 (she had already tried to quickly change the number on her side to match what she just quoted), and 2) that I don't want or need that moisturizer and was told last time I can use the products I have at home. The doctor came out again and insisted I had to buy the product. SUPER SKETCHY AND WEIRD VIBES. Weird because I've paid more at other clinics and haven't minded, and also was willing to spend money for multiple treatments here, but the fact that these people are so weird about money and try to haggle and finesse you over like you won't notice, lie to you, etc. I won't be surprised if this place ends up on one of these "actually a scam" netflix shows soon. I had Sculptra treatment for my face with Dr Ayoubi and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Ayoubi suggested Sculptra for my hallowed face and wrinkly skin and was very knowledgable.
The whole procedure was so fast and painless and I was amazed I can see the great results straight away! I was absolutely thrilled with the results and I’ll definitely be back for more Sculptra treatment.
Dr Ayham Ayoubi really deserves the title of King of Sculptra.

Great Smartlipo experience and results. After many years of living with stubborn fat on my tummy and outer sides I could not believe how straight forward it was to have it removed by Smartlipo. Mr Ayoubi and his team at LMA Clinic are fantastic and extremely professional. I was supported by several members of the team and they made me feel that they knew how important this was to me. I suffered with serious facial -granulomas from a botch Sculptra; and went to Al-youbi anticipating him to help. Instead: Al-youbi suggested putting more Sculptra into an already damaged face with serious underlying issues due to the previous botch;
which was a reckless suggestion??- I made a serious mistake in trusting Al-youbi - who I thought that he knew what he was doing?? He performed the procedure of more Sculptra and I developed a massive infection and significant facial disfigurment; which I am still 9 years later in need of reconstructive surgery to try and correct. My left under-eye is full of Sculptra particals and lumps - because of the botch that I went to Al-youbi to try a fix ? And what does do? h
He devestates my face even more because of his GREED! Al-Youbi became agressive and threatning went it all went wrong. and I complained?! He caused so much damage and took no responsibility for his actions. He is in my opinion: suffering with a serious antisocial personality disorder?! He behaved with complete impunity! I did not get back a cent of my money - just a perminent disfigurement that will cost tens of thousands to put right. Beware of Al-Youbi. He is completey incompetent.

What an awful clinic. I do not want anyone to go through what I am going through now. I went for 1 Sculptra butt lift treatment, and planned to go for 2/3 more.
I was looking at Dr Ayoubi's instagram the day before my 2nd session when i came across my photo! Which they had used as a 'before and after' example. They had photoshopped my underwear a different colour in the before picture, hoping i would not notice, and even edited out my mole! Then underneath was my 'after' photo which they had photoshopped my underwear again and edited my bum a lot bigger. I only ever had a before photo taken there was no after as 1 session of sculptra does barely anything! I then took it upon myself to look through his other images and nearly all of them are photoshopped, for various treatments. They have wrongfully used my image and that is serious false advertisement.
When i contacted the clinic the day i discovered this, to get an answer, and ask for a refund the Clinic manager was clearly speechless, and just claimed Dr Ayoubi was in surgery and could not deal with this today, and told me he would ring the following day. I did not receive a phone call until 2 days later from the brand manager who told me to explain the situation, and she did not really have anything to say either and said i needed to speak to the clinic manager. No one wanted to deal with me.
It has now come to them denying all this, i will be taking this further and taking legal action.
I am telling you please do not go to this clinic! They have used my image wrongfully and are misleading people with false advertisements.

At first, Dr Al Ayoubi gave the impression of great professionalism and created a comforting atmosphere before the procedure with the great amount of knowledge he holds on topics not limited to lip fillers only. However, this facade quickly collapsed. Within 30 minutes after the procedure, I felt that the lips began to swell in places least desirable for asymmetry: IN THE MIDDLE!! Two lumps started to form- one by the corner of my mouth, the other, RIGHT in the middle, deforming the shape of my (once) symmetrical lips. A gap I naturally had in the middle, had been not only closed, but pushed on the side, making me look like I had a stroke. A new appointment was rescheduled to fix this. Upon entering Dr A. instagram page, I saw a before and after image, which oddly resembled half of my face (something I believe each one of us could be able to identify) uploaded without my permission. Moreover, exaggerating the shape of my lips on the 'before' picture, to make it seem that the 'after' results made a huge difference. Having raised this issue with Dr A., he has straight away resorted to threatening me with his lawyers, and a refund, something which a respectable clinic would automatically do to prevent comments like this one to circulate in the internet, was not even briefly mentioned. I went to this clinic because I have dark circles and eye bags. They suggested me to get injections of hyaluronic acid. After 2 of them and 400 pounds less in my wallet, I was exactly like before.
The doctor offered me for free the third one and still nothing. After that he refused to sort this out. Another doctor visited me and said that he probably used the cheapest and maybe even expired product because it's impossible not to get at least a minimum improvement.
I highly not recommend this place to anyone although the staff is very kind and nice.

No More Acne Scars..Thanks to Dr Ayoubi
I made the decision to see Dr Ayoubi at The LMA clinic after doing thorough research and I travelled all the way from Germany to see him.
I met with Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi as I wanted to get rid of my deep acne scars which I had for many years and I had a lot of different treatments like chemical peels and lasers but no results.
The acne scars were knocking my confidence. Dr Ayoubi is clearly very knowledgeable and I most definitely felt in safe hands after his clear explanation of treatments options.
We went through the process for the Sculptra subcision treatment for scars and I have to say he was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease, I came back three weeks later for more treatment. The results look amazing after two months and I have now Harley any scars and my skin is also looking back to normal. I would definitely recommend Dr Ayoubi Clinic to anyone looking for something similar.

I’ve been to LMA clinic to see Dr Ayoubi a few times now. He is very assuring and listens to all my concerns and always delivers the best treatments.
I’ve had sculptra, Botox and dermal fillers by him. I’ve also had CO2 laser treatment at the clinic and the results were amazing for my acne scars.

Dr Ayoubi is truly amazing and talented! My self esteem has grown massively after Sclutrpa treatments and Zo Skin Health products.
I suffer from acne for many of years but Dr Ayoubi treated my acne with Medical Grades products and regular Led Mask treatments, I also did suffer with acne scaring and tried many of treatments on the market but Sclutpra has treated my scarring but also help make my skin look so much fresher and youthful!

Scam, simply money making advice and awafully overcharged products and treatments. One wishing to book in should look at online market for better and transparent service charges and competitively priced ZO Medical products.
I was charged a £100 for an initial consultation which is widely available at similar clinics across the UK free of charge. I was charged £350 for 1ml Crystaline filler under my eyes which is widely offered in the market for around £230 and on Wowcher & Groupon at £99 as a special offer.
I was charged £430 for 4 products of Zo Medical which are widely available in the UK from various clinics and special retailers at around under £250 and at wholesaler Wigmore Medical at Wigmore Street at £149.70.
When I asked Dr to refund my face products as I went in for my under eyes only, he was very rude and said No Refund at all here.
Please stay away from LMA Clinic and look for better ones and research online prior to booking yourself in.
